I wish that I could articulate just how amazing Dr. Brosious and his team are! Just three weeks ago, I underwent vaginoplasty with Dr. Brosious. I knew from our very first virtual consultation that he was the surgeon that I wanted to have do my surgery. I cannot have asked for a better recovery over the past two weeks. The amount of time that he has spent educating myself and my family and reassuring us all has been so valuable. Not only does he have outstanding bedside manner, but his surgical skills are superior. Dr. Brosious made the travel from out of state, and the three-week stay for recovery well worth it. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Brosious for finally making my dreams come true after 32 years!
I am just shy of 2 weeks post op after having a fleur de lis tummy tuck to remove excess skin post 130lb weight loss. I am truly thrilled with my resulst thus far and I still have lots of healing to do! I had very minimal pain with my surgery, the most difficult part was the post surgery nausea from the anesthesia. From now on I will need to stress that I am very sensitive to anesthesia because I was very sick from it for the better part of 24hrs even with anti-nausea meds in my system. Trust me when I say having the dry heaves post abdominoplasty is no fun at all. The bulk of my discomfort came from my drain and I was so glad to have it removed day 10 post op. Since having it removed I feel mostly normal, aside from the swelling, which is probably a good thing because it reminds me to rest and take it easy. I have had very little discomfort aside from swelling. As a recommendationd if you are considering abdominal surgery, i got myself a little walker because my lower back was getting sore from being hinched over the first few days, it was a fantastic investment. I acquired it secondhand for $20 and it had a little seat which was perfrct if i was doing my walking and wanted to rest. The photo I am posting is just 3 days post op, I'll post more once I heal a bit more. My surgeon Dr. John Brosious couldn't have been nicer and is so talented and meticulous. He is a caring man that treated me like a human being instead of a number. He made me feel reassured and confident in his work from beginning to end. I will be utilizing him for the 2nd half of my work as well (thighs/arms) and I highly recommend him. Updated on 21 Dec 2017: Today I am 17 days post op and aside from the swelling I feel almost normal. I get tired still easily but overall I feel pretty fantastic and am already loving my new body. I am 34 yrs old. Currently, living in Las Vegas. After having two kids I wanted a mommy make over. I had a breast augmentation 15 yrs ago! I decided to get everything else in line! I stalked this site for 2 yrs. going back and forth between Dr. Hassan in Miami and Dr. Silver who was a 5th yr resident under Dr. Richard Baynosa here in Las Vegas. I had a consult with Both of them and scheduled for 4/29/16. I was excited and ready to go. Sadly, my uncle passed away 3/21 and a wk later my grandmother. Then my son's father the day after my grandmother's funeral. Devastated, and an emotional wreck I had to put off the surgery. Dr. Silver was finishing up his residency program and leaving to Sacramento, CA in June. I battled with myself in just going to Miami and having the procedure done by Dr. Hassan. He went MIA during that time frame and after reading all these bad reviews about him and the office staff. That made my decision easier. Ultimately, I didn't want to travel and get my BBL done. I decided it would be better to stay in Las Vegas. I then, consulted with Dr. John Brosious who works in the same group as Dr. R Baynosa. He told me exactly what he could do and all the areas of fat he would lipo and transfer to the buttocks! Dr. Brosious is the man! I felt reassured and knew I was going to be in great hands! I scheduled the date 10/31/16! It's 1 day post Op and everything is going smoothly. Thank God! I ordered my Faja, ab board, back lumbar board, and lipo foam pads all from Amazon! Everything else I was able to get from Walmart. I will post pics at a later date. Haven't removed garment yet. He put 710CC in each butt cheek! I had realistic expectations! I'm exciting for the fluffing period! If you are in the Las Vegas area or don't mind to travel. I highly recommend Dr.Brosious!
