When I was researching oculoplastic surgeons I couldn’t find many reviews or information about Dr John Holds (despite the fact that he seems to come highly recommended by other experts in his field) so i thought this review would be helpful if anyone else is considering a consultation with him. Was nervous to begin with and did not know what to expect. Had procedure in the office with great oral anesthesia. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, wonderful, wonderful surgeon. Great to deal with and talk to. I look 10+ years younger.

My left side of my face was severely injured in a "Hit and run" accident while walking across the parking lot last summer 2021. I paid for my consultation with Dr Holds to discuss upper and lower blepharplasty as well as removing cholesterol deposits by my eyes. I was quoted a price by the Dr and I said I felt I wouldn't do it because the price was very high. Either the staff doesn't know Dr. Holds offers cosmetic surgery beyond eye lifts, or website is totally misleading. Went in for mid facelift consult (had to tell nurse this was an offering on their website). Was asked q's totally unrelated to my needs including 4 requests for insurance/referral info.
