I underwent as unsuccessful breast augmentation followed by a revision with another doctor. Resulting in one breast being larger than the other, the implant edge showing on my left breast, and the areolas being stretched.

I am very thankful to have found Professor Farhadi’s practice ensuing this. As he managed to correct both breasts, proving to be a very talented surgeon. I had a breast lift and implant exchange with him, and honestly wish I had found him when I was having my first augmentation. I always struggled with my breasts for many reasons and never thought there was hope. Other doctors I consulted told me that I would need a very complicated surgery and that I would have scars for the rest of my life. Since I am only 25 years old, they told me its too early to operate and that I should wait till after I get pregnant and breast feed...etc. However, Prof Farhadi took his time during my first consultation and went through every detail with me. He told me what the results would look like and where the scars would be and that they wouldn't last forever.
Today, a year after my operation, I am in awe of the results and can genuinely say my life has completely changed. The results are exactly what I was expected, I had no complications and Prof. Farhadi was always available via Skype/Facetime/Whatsapp to discuss any concerns I had during my recovery. My scars are extremely minimal and gradually disappearing.
I highly recommend Prof. Farhadi to anyone wanting a dedicated surgeon who wholeheartedly works for the best interest of his patients!

Phenomenal. Wish I'd had my breast reduction/lift done 20 years ago when I was in my 20s. now in my late 40s - 3 kids. Better late than never. Perfect result. Looks like I was born with these. No visible scars, perfect symmetry. Perfection! He's now no longer in London but based in Zurich.

This man has ruined my legs completely, I never thought that revision would be worse than it was before. I have done a body lift in Paris that had not really improved the skin on my legs, but there were no issues whatsoever, no deformity. I thought this Doctor would have given me significant improvement, my mistake was I never saw his before and after photos, but going in without knowing the quality of his work only that he’s a board certified plastic surgeon I expected some improvement at least. Instead my inner thigh look asymmetrical, he has STITCHED 1 inch of my gluteal cleft closed! He claims that it prevents the scar from migrating and widening, he removed so much fat when I told him I wanted to keep the volume, I lost almost all my curves in the hips, inner thighs look stick thin with a concave area on two of my legs and one more than the other.... nothing has improved, i have so many lumps on my outer thigh. This man gave me a botched surgery. And everyone should learn from my mistake, always look at the before and after photos.
