I’ve waited 20 years to get my veneers. With tons of research I finally found Londono Smiles. The work looked amazing online so I took a giant risk and booked the appointment. I traveled from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Medellin for a week just to have my veneers done.

From the moment I walked into the office I felt comfortable and confident I had made the right choice. I don’t speak much Spanish AT ALL! Karen at the front desk was basically my personal advocate for the office and made sure I was informed, and comfortable at all times. Dr Londono talked me into getting the color BL1 (high translucency) even tho I told him I wanted natural and not super white. He was so right! My smile is absolutely perfect. When I looked in the mirror a rush of emotions came over myself. I immediately started crying. I didn’t even tell him what shape I wanted, I knew he was a perfectionist like myself and he was going to do exactly what needed to be done.

I watched many “influencer videos” some of which had been to Londono as well, and most of them complained about the pain. This scared me but I was ready to take it on. I must tell you, there was barely any pain at all. They took such good care of me. Even the Driver that picked me up and took me back to the airport was the nicest man, and turns out I knew his daughter from Miami Real Estate. I haven’t received any of my photos or videos yet that the doctors took but I will share the ones I took.

I feel it’s important to share the financial info because that’s what made me wait so long. My doctor in Fort Lauderdale quoted me nearly $45,000.00 for 22 veneers. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I paid $9,000.00 at Londono for 22 veneers. After getting my teeth done I WOULD NEVER PAY U.S. PRICES FOR THIS SERVICE. There is no way in the world veneers are worth $45,000.00.

I’ve had my composite veneers for about 2 years now and I still love them! No chipping, no discoloration..if you take care of them, they will last. I have referred multiple friends to this dentist and they have all had great experiences with him and no complaints!

Absolutely mind blowing results. I flew to Colombia from the US to get porcelain veneers and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. They arranged my car from the airport and helped with my hotel accommodations, everything was smooth and perfect!

Not good,veneers are discolored and uneven,pieces fell off the next day.do not look natural, was not helped with issues after repeated request .I now need to have a revision done on my entire mouth.Customer services is unavailable after purchase has been made

I thought that making this decision would be an investment into a confident future. This has turned into the darkest hour of my life. Not only has it become a strain on my oral health but also on my mental, financial, and personal relationships. Thinking you are receiving the same quality but at a more “reasonable” price is a true mistake. My veneers are thick, opaque white, and lacks character. When I got there they refused to allow me to talk with the doctor multiple times. I felt incredibly unheard at my most vulnerable moment as a patient. The 1st time you shave your teeth will determine how many times you can re-do them. Please understand this is a serious procedure with a real risk to your health. The quality of the prep, materials, bonding protocol, and dentist’s experience are major factors to consider when you look at the lifespan of veneers. They will not last 15-20 years if this is not done meticulously. They can look decent but if your bite is off not only can you not eat right; it hurts & eventually veneer or tooth will fracture. If you cannot afford it in your country every 10 yrs do not do it here.

Honestly i first i wasnt going to leave a review but ive bern in and out of the dentist for the past months not only did the cut inside my mouth, they shaved my gums and alot of my teeth unfortunately i will need gum graft eventually like someone mentioned below they showed zero remorse and zero care please if you are not an ig model with alot of followers dont even bother because they do not care

This dentist left me with botched porcelain Veneers. I am from the United States. The dental assistants do 90% of the work. My appointment was at 10am and the dentist didn’t arrive until 5:30pm. The dentist never even apologized. They say that they do minimal prep but that is untrue. This shaved a lot of my teeth down that I might need to get crowns. I went to them because from their pictures I thought they had natural Veneers. My Veneers are incredibly thick and and look like dentures.

They use special lighting to get their pictures to look like that. They also messed up my bite that I will need to get all of my work redone in the US. They showed no concern or care. They only care if you have 100k+ followers. Please do no go here. I currently am unable to eat because of my bite. My teeth are completely botched. They glued my three bottom teeth together.

Also one of my bottom teeth are loose. I asked for my money back and they refused. They said I can comeback to have them fix it but I will die before I ever let them touch me again. Stay far away. I’m now 27 and I look like I have dentures. They shaved more teeth than I ever needed done.
