Jessica Kulak, MD

After much thought and consideration, I decided to have a facelift and necklift with Dr. Jessica Kulak. I chose her as my physician because of her specialty in facial plastic surgery specifically, her strong interpersonal skills and board certification. I had had a similar procedure a decade before with someone else and was less than satisfied. The experience with Dr. Kulak was far superior because she's an excellent communicator and you can tell she genuinely cares. The surgery itself and the results were fantastic! Dr. Kulak is an artist at heart and her meticulous attention to detail is simply awesome!
The entire staff at the Naderi Center was excellent. Everyone was genuinely friendly and down-to-earth. Darya provided a great first impression with her ability to answer all of my questions and to give me options. I never felt pressured. That's an additional factor that told me I had found the right place.

In April of 2023 I had a facelift, neck lift with Dr. Kulak. Before consulting with Dr. Kulak I consulted with 6 different surgeons all men all different price ranges. I didn't get a feeling that any of the surgeons were a good fit for me. Not because of experience, photos on-line or capabilities no negative thoughts of other surgeons I just felt un-sure after each consult. Then I had a tele visit from Dr. Kulak and in person visit with her. First, she pulled my skin in the direction that a face-lift would and I thought WOW first surgeon that did that! None of the pervious surgeons even touched me .( shocking right).. I showed her a picture of a younger version of myself and my jaw-line that I wished to have after surgery and she listened and gave her feedback I left there with a good feeling that she was going to be the surgeon that I pick to trust my face with! That is such a scary feeling to put your face in someone else's hands!!! Day of surgery went well and follow-up was easy too. One con being an out of town patient... I did have an issue with the incision behind one of my ears. Dr. Kulak prescribed an anti-biotic right away and it resolved! Being an out of town patient can be a con because you can't get to her in incidence like a potential infection. All and all My interactions with the Naderi center after the surgery have been positive and prompt a couple bumps in the road with surgery center but Daria helped to address every issue! Super pleased and never once regretted my facelift, neck lift and literally no one I mean no one even knew including my mother-in-law who sees me everyday!! Trust your face with Dr. Kulak you will be so happy you did!!

I’m in my late 40s but had already developed hereditary bags under my eyes and heavy lids on top. I’m 9 days post-op upper and lower blepharoplasty by Dr. Kulak. I already look refreshed and most of the swelling has subsided. I can’t wait to see more clear results in a few weeks and after I can wear eye make up. I got last minute nerves about the surgery but it was a breeze. I didn’t even need pain meds afterwards. I took Tylenol a couple of times and that was it. The staff at the Naderi Center is super friendly and helpful with getting your surgery set up, and Dr. Kulak as an amazing person and plastic surgeon!

I chose Dr. Kulak for a lip lift and lip fillers from reviews on Real Self. I have had a wonderful experience so far, as all the staff at the Naderi Center has been exceptional to deal with. I would trust Dr. Kulak with any procedure that she does. She is honest, straightforward, communicative, informative, caring, and has a great aesthetic sense. She is very skilled technically- with little or no scarring. She is very concerned for one's comfort during procedures and communicates regularly to make sure one is doing ok. The whole support staff has also been exceptional- kind, responsive, and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and result. She is worth waiting for an appointment for.

She's really good at what she does and very honest with her patients. I don't even tell her the specifics of what i want and she's able to give me a beautiful transformation. I don't like that she raised her prices recently but other than that I would always go back to see her . I see her every time I travel to Virginia and she's so amazing at accommodating me in her busy schedule which I appreciate . Thank you dr Jessica :)

I had high hopes for this procedure after reading so many great reviews but it did not help my skin at all. Six months and five thousand dollars later ($3,000 in doctors fees, $1,600 in hospital fees, and $275 in creams and prescriptions) my skin looks worse than it ever has. The month after the laser I was red and unable to go out but still had high hopes. By the 3 month mark the red needed a topical steroid to help it along. By the 4.5 month mark I had a reaction to stopping the steroid and broke out in a horrible (and painful) rash on my entire face. The prescription quickly fixed that problem but now I have huge brown patches on my cheeks and by my eyes. They are recommending topical bleaching creams and possibly BBL to correct it. Bottom line, while the doctors are excellent this laser is incredibly expensive and I am now faced with spending even more money to hopefully get back to my starting point. If anyone is considering this and would like to see pictures feel free to message me. I took details pictures throughout the process hoping to document my journey.

Dr. Kulak and her office staff are wonderful. I had Kybella and from the moment I arrived at the office I was made to feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Kulak took her time and explained the procedure and ensured I had realistic expectations of the outcome and the high likelihood I would need a second round of treatment. I’ll certainly return for filler, Botox, and follow up treatments.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ava, an Esthetician at The Naderi Center who performed my BBL Procedure. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly during every step of the process. She also suggested a facial regimen to get the best results to compliment the procedure. The office was clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. My face looks and feels amazing. I’ll be returning soon for another treatment.

I did my research when looking to elevate my naturally thin shapeless lips. I’ve seen too many lips like mine turn to straight sausages. Dr. Kulak is an angel. After two sessions (going slow and carefully) I have defined lips, a gorgeous Cupid’s bow and a top lip when I smile - FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE.

They’re just lips but after coming to her I feel a million times better about that thing I look at everyday in the mirror - my face :)

Highly suggest the lip lift in tandem with lip injections too!

My experiences with Dr. Kulak have been fantastic!! She did a facelift on my 80 year old mom and my mom is almost 86 and looks fantastic. So i had a facelift too and people cant believe that Im 56. A wzitress at a restaurant not want to give me the senior discount because she said i had to be at least 55! She said she thought i was 29. I had to show her my ID to prove i was 56. I was never happier to show proof of my age. Dr. Kulak is very skilled whether she is performing a facelift or using injectables. I came to this practice to get my under eye area filled when another doctor elsewhere screwed up my face. I was upset and the Naderi practice was able to correct the flawed work. You dont want to put your face in the wrong hands. Im always ecstatic with the final results and her personality is so caring and warm. Dr.Kulak knows her stuff and I always feel confident And calm with her. She is never rushed and always answers questions fully. She puts your mind at ease. Aging is no fun. But its a lot easier when you have a doctor who can make you look 20 years younger!! Also Dr Kulak knows not to make you look overfilled and fake. People always tell me how great I look and im not self consvious about my age anymore. Thanks for everything, Dr. Kulak!!! You are the best!!!
