Everything was perfect - Great - New York, NY

Everything was perfect. Great staff and very nice office. I was relaxed and they were able to prepare me well. My life has changed for the better after the LASIK eye sugery. I liked the fact that in the office everybody was helpful and very friendly. From the staff to the lighting and music it was very nice

Bad Experience

Dr Jackson performed my lasik surgery in January 2018. 6 months post surgery, today, I see worse than I did going in. I used to have very good near sight and now I don't. I used to have poor far sight and I still do. Now I see star bursts, double and triple vision, ghosting, etc... I met Dr Jackson for 3 minutes right before the surgery. He seemed very nice and competent. I have never seen him again post surgery especially with all of the complications I've experienced. I now am preparing to have the surgery done again this time, by another Dr in the practice. I haven't been able to see well in 6 months.
