Im 1 day post-op and im feeling decent. Im able to get around independently and use the bathroom by myself if needed. I do get exhausted if im standing/moving for too long though. I have a walker for extra support and a stepping stool to get in and out of bed. I actually have somewhat of an appetite but am eating lightly so i dont increase constipation with my pain relief medication. I got 2 drains and theyre draining nicely. I get a nurse here in a couple of days to check on

My surgery is February 9. I'm having a full tummy tuck with muscle repair and upper abdominal lipo. I'm not sure if I'm more excited or nervous. My biggest fear is the post-op nausea - I can't imagine vomiting after abdominal surgery is much fun ???? I've wanted to do this forever and am finally at a place in my life where I'm able to.
