I never regret getting an augmentation. Very easy procedure and relatively fast recovery. Dr. Friedman is the best plastic surgeon. I all very comfortable discussing my needs with him . He has a lot of experience and the cost is not outrageous. Getting saline implants is the better choice and using the belly button approach is the least invasive.

After less than 2 years I already had to get surgery all over again. So I paid him all for nothing. He placed implants that were way bigger than desired. He placed them too high, which caused me to have an extreme form of animation disformity. And the scars he left me with were so painful. My new surgeon said that my pocket went all way up to my collarbone. While sending photos to him, during the healing process, I knew the scars would never get better but he kept telling me to wait. Since I live far away he said I could find someone else to inject steroids to flatten them out, and that is the day I discovered that not all implants jump up and down the way mine did. He didn’t deserve the money we worked hard for, an honorable man would give a refund. He was placing the blame on my body.
