CoolSculpting is not for weight loss, but for sculpting bulges from subcutaneous fat. Fat is not nearly as heavy as muscle. When the fat is dissolved by lipolysis from freezing with coolsculpting,&nbsp;or any fat reducing procedure, the amount of weight loss is minimal. This is because as the fat cells dissolve the remaining tissue evens out in the area. The tissue&nbsp;will&nbsp;then distribute over time to become smooth and even. This procedure does not need the same precision as plastic surgery.

I just had my inner thighs done and the applicator was not applied in the same spot on both legs. One was about an inch and a half more anterior than the other. Will my inner thighs be uneven? What should I do?
