I cannot wait to start Invisalign. I have been wanting to start treatment for awhile now and found the perfect place to do it at. I will update every time I begin a new tray. Updated on Feb 6, 2010: So I started my first tray on January 28 and at first, the pain was uncomfortable. By nighttime, I was so used to it, it didn't bug me at all. I was really excited to see this dentist. They sold me pipe dreams that they could not fulfill. They are 100% out of network so, they told me my cost was $800 and that sedation would be at no charge due to me being out of network. I advised them that I am deathly afraid of the dentist however; I am really wanting to get my teeth healthy and on the right track. I needed 2 fillings and a deep cleaning which would take a total of 4 hours. They told me that their office could handle
