hello, your case is very interesting. In my personal opinion I would sugggest to use ultrasound liposuction or laser liposuction. The intention to use it, is because they will thight your skin, and will avoid any skin looseness after lipo.

Hello, i strongly recommend you to visit your plastic surgeon. A good examination will be mandatory for you. Please give your doctor as much information as you can about your previous procedure. Type of implant, surface, volume. If it is possible, place or pocket where is your implant. Probably he will ask for additional exams, maybe ultrasound or MRI to understan better what is happening with your implant.

Hello, this is a very interesting question. I prepare this area before the peeling procedure with the ZO intense eye repair. I like to prepare the patients with the ZO protocol. At the time of the peeling, the eyelids are one of my favorite spots because the thightening is great in that area. And usually combine it with CO2 laser for maximal resurfacing. So, yes. It can be applied in both eyelids (superior and inferior)
