There are a few things your dentist would have to evaluate first in person, such as how your tooth broke in the first place, your bite, any habits you may have that could have cause this, and x-rays to make sure there is no damage to your nerve and surrounding structures.  

The options you would have are:

1) Dental bonding: This is usually covered by most insurances, the most inexpensive option, conservative, and the quickest. However, it will need to be changed every couple of years because it tends to discolor over time. Also, depending on how you bite, it has a higher risk of chipping off. If you are biting directly on your lower teeth, this may not be the best long term option for you.

2) Veneer: This also a fairly conservative procedure. However, many insurances consider veneers a cosmetic procedure and may not be covered. This will cover the front of your tooth and the chipped area with a stronger material than dental bonding.

3) Crown: You can also repair your tooth with a crown.  Most insurances cover a portion of it and it depends on the material used to make the crown.  Crowns cover the whole tooth and do take more tooth structure away vs. bonding and veneers.  Crowns can last you for years and protects the whole tooth.

Speak to your dentist about your options and they can see what you can be covered for.  You can always do dental bonding first, since it is the most conservative option, and if that fails, you have other options. 

I am glad your scheduling a post op, its great to communicate with your dentist your concerns. 

Your finals will not look your temporaries. There's a lot more hours of work and art that goes into making veneers and crowns in a lab.  

These are some things for you to check and some discussion points between you and your dentist: 

- Smile line: For most people, when you smile, your teeth edges should follow your lower lip line. Make sure you can say certain sounds clearly, such as "f" sounds. If you can't, then the length needs to be adjusted. 

- Symmetry: This is probably what is bothering you the most. The right side does not look like the left side. With temporaries this could be challenging because of the material and what was used initially for a mold of your teeth. The left two temporaries on your photos are bulkier, slightly longer, and not as continuous with your arch. Your dentist can adjust these things on the temporaries. 

- Shape: Some of the temporaries are boxier in shape than others. Females usually need softer and rounded edges to compliment their faces. I like the shape of the 4th temporary the best (tooth #10), you can have your dentist communicate to the lab that is the type of shape you prefer. 

When you get your final crowns or veneers, you can have them placed with temporary cement. This will give you time before they are cemented permanently to check them in different lighting, in photos, different mirrors. If there is anything that concerns you at that stage, you can communicate that with your dentist.
