I have been to several ENT specialist in Asia, middle east and European and all agreed that my septal perforation and the consequences on my breathing had no remedy. I suffered from fatigue, headaches and dry mouth. all that impacted my day to day activities. I have done the surgery with dr Hamilton early august and the closure was successful. I am finally breathing normally. I cam a long way from Dubai but was worth it. The staff, anesthesia , facilities are all excellent. They recommend as well a care taker, Valerie who made my recovery like a breeze. Dr Hamilton was available to address my concerns even on the weekend and he was very accommodating on my post ops schedule. I want to post my review on this platform cause some of the reviews put doubt it in me but am glad i flew to meet him and I immediately knew i can trust him with this operation.I highly recommend it.
I am 15 months post op and decided I should come back and give an update on my nose, since I am healed and have completed the process of getting to the 1 year mark. Firstly, I should let you all know that my nose is literally perfect from any and every angle. The proportions of my nose, eyes, and lips are in complete and total harmony. Any and every compliment that a woman can hear about her beauty and or attractiveness I am verbally told nearly every single day to my face every time I leave my house and encounter people! I do not have any issues or problems at all with my breathing. The only thing I will say, that I didn't know would happen, or didn't know to expect is that my nose is runny all the time now, and I cannot go anywhere without having a pack of Kleenex with me. It has gotten much better with time, hopefully one day it will resolve 100%, but as of the time of this writing, I still need to have Kleenex on me at all times. This is an incredibly small price to pay in my opinion, as I look like I am a model (which I do get asked FREQUENTLY if I am) or Hollywood actress. This procedure has added immense value to my life in personal, professional, and social capacities. The financial investment to have my procedure performed by a top surgeon in Beverly Hills has been more than worth it. I have some advice to anyone contemplating this procedure. #1 TRUST YOUR SURGEON 100% If you do not feel completely safe and confident with your surgeon abort mission. Trust the process. The road to your final result is a long one. I never got the blues or depression about my nose because I went into it with properly managed expectations from Dr. Hamilton. Do not get any fillers in your face until you are past the 1 year mark of healing. I felt that I needed filler in my nasolabial folds, but I absolutely did not. I just needed to let my nose and face fully heal so that everything could set in to place like it was supposed to. Be patient with your healing. Do not freak out or jump to any conclusions especially not before 1 year has went by. I still very highly recommend Dr. Hamilton, and I'm so happy that I was able to have Dr. Hamilton as my surgeon. I am a STUNNING beauty. Exceptionally gorgeous...in person, and in pictures. I have no need (or desire) to edit my pictures with filters anymore. This is the highest and best outcome that one could hope for when undergoing a rhinoplasty procedure.
I usually forget to write reviews but the experience I had with this doctor is one that I have to share to aid others in selecting the right surgeon for this very sensitive procedure. From the consultation to surgery to post surgical follow up, Dr Hamilton exceeded my expectations. He is very meticulous and clear about the outcome of any facial surgery. My surgery went so well and he has been very communicative with any questions I have had following the procedure. My nose is exactly what I wanted and what we had agreed upon prior to the procedure. From my very first consultation to now I couldn’t imagine a better experience. Dr. Hamilton is a master of his craft and a true artist! He was realistic, open and honest with me every step of the way. I am a person that has 9million questions and he answered them with patience and professionalism. I am just over 2 weeks post op and I am so impressed with my results. They are even better then I could have expected. Although I still have some swelling I am excited to see how my nose takes shape over the next several months. I will refer to Dr. Hamilton and his team again and again. I knew Dr. Hamilton would be my doctor before I moved to LA just from seeing his work online, and talking with him and his team on the phone/online. I had done EXTENSIVE research in the best rhinoplasty areas throughout the US AND Turkey. He specializes in unique and ethnic noses, and as a black person I felt more confident at the hands of a black surgeon, although I knew this man could do an amazing job on ANY eligible nose. Not only is he highly educated/experienced, but his work is his art. I felt fully confident in his abilities just from the research, so I knew meeting him would be the big decision factor. We met virtually and I could tell he was very socially intelligent, which is important because cosmetic surgeons deal with people’s desires which requires awareness. He fully understood how I wanted my nose augmented and reassured me that he was capable of exactly that. There was not one moment that I doubted him after speaking with him virtually and in person. I felt INCREDIBLY safe and understood. He prepared me in every way for the surgery to know what to expect and this was a huge comfort. His pre-op staff was amazing and made my experience such a peaceful one the morning of my surgery. In healing, my results have been AMAZING. I truly could not be happier with my results and I genuinely thank God for my experience. My nose looks TOTALLY natural, but he has managed to achieve ALL of the changes I wanted. He found the balance between altering a nose enough to satisfy the changes, and doing it subtly enough to still look like myself. My friends and family see the improvement and LOVE it, but do not see me as drastically different, which was so important to me. Dr. Hamilton helped me to do something that I decided to do for myself over a decade ago and I have NO regrets. I am eternally grateful and feel like I have made a real friend!
This review is REAL, current and accurate as of April 19, 2022 at 11:03pm. I would like to preface this review by disclosing that I am incredibly finicky, critical, particular, meticulously detail oriented, and overly discriminating concerning all things in general. I do not consider myself hard to please, because I am most certainly only pleased with the VERY BEST. Selecting a surgeon to permanently alter the appearance of your face is a very difficult, time consuming process to navigate…especially in my case, when I have to consider the fact that only the best, most elite surgeon will do. The qualifying surgeon is near impossible to find, but I found him nonetheless, in Dr. Hamilton. I completed extensive research, and in person consultations with renowned surgeons around the country. I created very specific parameters of attributes and credentials that my tentative surgeon must possess in order for me to move forward with him. After an exhaustive search that spanned years, with complete confidence I selected Dr. Hamilton to perform my rhinoplasty. I could elaborate on his charismatic presence, or his easy going, down to earth demeanor, or his transparency and willingness to answer any (difficult) questions that you may have of him... all of which you will get to enjoy and experience at length upon booking a consultation with him, but I want to focus on the reasons why Dr. Hamilton was the only surgeon who was qualified to do my surgery: Aside from being a double board certified, ENT/otolaryngologist (exceedingly important accreditations for a surgeon who will be operating on your nose to have) Dr. Hamilton specializes in ethnic rhinoplasty, which was another top priority and concern for me as I am Black. If I wasn't so dead set on “keeping them guessing”, not a nod to Ashkan G., I would absolutely allow my photographs to be used to promote, endorse, and illustrate in a tangible form the expert level of mastery and artistry that Dr. Hamilton executed during my rhinoplasty procedure. My new nose is undetectable to immediate family and friends, despite the fact that there is significant improvement to the shape and appearance of my nose, from every angle, and especially it’s straight forward appearance…Most noses look good from the side profile, but the full frontal is the true money shot, and Dr. Hamilton didn’t miss the mark. The stitch work, where he detached my nose from my face was so perfectly stitched, I have invisible scars, despite the fact that I did not add any lotions or potions at all whatsoever to assist my scars in healing or fading. My nostrils could not get more symmetrical, even if you copied and pasted one side to the other. I have scrutinized and examined my nose so obsessively and chronically in search of defects and deficiencies, to no meaningful avail. Any “imperfection” is only noticeable to me, and is realistically more perceived than actual. This is a very important decision to make, in deciding on a surgeon to work on your face/ nose. Since there are no pictures, I wanted to emphasize in words, in a way that you will be able to clearly imagine in your mind how outstanding and perfect my nose turned out under the care of Dr. Hamilton. I hope that you are imagining a best case scenario, and the highest hopes that you could hope for coming true, as the outcome of what you will get when you decide to choose Dr. Hamilton as your surgeon. I held Dr. Hamilton against the highest set of standards. Not only did he meet them, he exceeded them abundantly, in every category. Dr. Hamilton is a rarity in this field, and yesterday’s price is not todays price! He is a humble beast, taking great pride in the execution of the work that he does. You would be completely remiss to forfeit the opportunity to have him as your surgeon for your rhinoplasty procedure.
Being a black women it was difficult finding a doctor skilled in working on my type of nose ( wide, little definition, thick skin). I wanted to make sure I went to someone who didn't just have one or two good outcomes on black patients but did this regularly. Dr Hamilton is actually the first surgeon I consulted with years ago and after meeting with a few more surgeons I decided to go with hm. Everyone at the office is great from nurses to the front desk. Dr. Hamilton's bedside manner is amazing, he makes you feel comfortable and like he actually cares about meeting your goals. I flew out one day before my surgery and he spent an hour with me during pre op to make sure we were on the same page. I'm in love with my results it's subtle , yet noticeable and fits my face perfectly. I didn't want to cookie cutter tiny" tinker bell" nose. I would recommend Dr Hamilton to anyone who looking for a conservative nose job that fits YOUR face.
All I can say and More right now Is that I am a walking success story thanks to Dr Hamilton’s skillful expertise at repairing a septal perforation that had plagued me for several years. It was a scary and stressful situation, I was apprehensive at first. I had researched thoroughly and found only 3 doctors who seemed to me skillful enough with highest standard and success rate with approach; one in Texas, New York, and basically in my own backyard here in California. Naturally, I chose Dr Hamilton’s office located at the Osborne Institute Cedar Sinai. He is professional, confident in his method and genuinely a good person. When I saw the results of my surgery I cried, and I’m not an extremely emotional person, but it definitely was unbelievable. I thought it would be too big of a job or healed alternatively wrong! I followed all after care instructions very carefully and have confidence knowing will care for my new nose like GOLD!! For whatever reasons a person is researching this kindof specialty service; weather it be past life anxiety, trauma, or any other reason which amounted to new positive beginning— I will say you are Lucky to have stumbled upon this Doctor’s site/information. Dr. Hamilton was great. He was very patient and genuinely cares about his patients. He took the time to explain things to me in simple terms that I was able to understand. He was diligent in making sure that I was feeling confident before the surgery. The entire staff was wonderful. I was very grateful to find him and for the results of my surgery.
Thank you Dr. Hamilton. When I found out I had a hole in my nose I was so scared. My anxiety was so high. I thought I was never going to find a doctor to help me. After finding Dr. Hamilton in the middle of Covid shut down, I knew he was the one who was going to help me out. His experience right away after talking to him via Video chat was very clear. He knows what he is talking about. I quickly booked my surgery. When you meet him he makes you feel like family. He explained everything he was going to do. After the surgery I had a problem taking the pain medicine. Every time I called the Dr office he was always available. If he was in surgery he made sure to call back as soon as he could. The recovery process is the hard part and Dr Hamilton always made me feel reassured that everything was ok. For someone like me who has anxiety we worry about everything. It's been 8 months and I'm so happy I trusted in Dr Hamilton to perform my surgery. This is a complicated surgery and this mans hands are blessed. I can finally breath!
