Hi Leah.  I am sorry about your childhood accident and that your treatment has not met your expectations.  When you have an early injury, there is disruption of the how the muscles, nerves and boney tissue develop as you age.  Slowly you can develop facial asymmetry over time and it becomes more profound as we age.  Firstly, everyone has an asymmetric face and many of the most beautiful women in the world have quite profound asymmetry to their face.  The treatment of facial asymmetry with dermal filler is a very advanced technique and should only be attempted by the most seasoned injectors.  You should seek out several consultations in your area and see before and afters of their corrections of facial asymmetry.  Ask about years of experience and whether they have attended MD codes advanced training.  The asymmetry cannot be made perfect and will be expensive, likely $5000 and above to get things optimal and it needs annual upkeep.  It is also reasonable to see a facial plastic surgeon.  If you truly had a facial fracture, it also could be considered a contra-indication to getting filler.  This is expert territory to help you manage things properly and safely.

Hi Taylor.  There is no need to panic, but it is a concern that your lips were originally fine post injection and are now starting to get sore and swollen.  There is a rare but recognized delayed reaction to fillers and this might be happening to your lip filler.  It also could be an early infection, which can be related to the reaction to fillers.  Please see  your treatment provider immediately who should be competent to assess and treat the situation accordingly.  Unfortunately, the fact that you have had no issues before with lip filler does not mean that you have had problem this time.  The condition is often treated with antibiotics and time, and it is generally not a requirement to dissolve the filler.  

First of all there is no shame in volunteering for a training session and hopefully it was supervised by an expert. We really appreciate our customers who donate their time to help us continuously improve. It is very unlikely that your leg symptoms are related to your Botox injection despite increasing the dose beyond what you were expecting. It is not uncommon to use doses in the range of 50-60 units for cosmetic injections and 200 units and more for medical purposes. Your symptoms are important and should not be ignored if they are getting worse but it is a likely coincidence. 

There are more questions required like is it slowly getting better? Have you changed your skin care post treatment creams? Have you had redness like this before? Is this only on one side of the face? My suggestion would be to follow up with your provider, use only calming/soothing post care products with no acids or potential irritants and keep your hands away from the area. 

I am sorry for your result.  I have looked at your before and after pictures and you have a challenging under eye to correct with any type of filler and even a high level of expertise.  Redensity 2 is a quality filler but your treatment provider needed to discuss having realistic expectations about the correction and that there are risks with making eye bags worse when you are trying to correct for darkness.  The product could have been placed a bit high or too superficial but it is difficult to tell without an in office assessment.  The fact that it has attempted to be dissolved multiple times indicates that there is likely no more product there and the swelling is due to the lymphatic congestion from the hyaluronidase injections and needle trauma.  I would give it some time to let things settle which could take 4-6 weeks and follow up with your injector.  If things persist, get a second opinion from an expert in under eye filler in your area.
