Thank you for your question. Based on the photos, you are a great candidate for tear trough filler treatment. Your tissue coverage appears to be good (and you are young), so I would use a dense filler like Restylane Lyft (previously called Restylane Perlane) and place it deep. Performed correctly, you'll achieve a natural looking, long lasting result. With darker skin tones, I've found that treating the tear trough region earlier rather than later in life is ideal - often the skin pigments if left untreated. Another tip: it's best to accept about an 80-85% correction in this region and not aim for 100% correction for most natural looking result. It is also particularly important that you choose your injector carefully when treating this region. Best of luck!

Thank you for your question and attached photos. It appears that the nasolabial lines were injected superficially with a product that is not intended for this region. My suggestion would be to attend a reputable clinic and have further attempt to dissolve the filler using Hyalase. Sometimes, it can take a couple of sessions for the filler to completely dissolve. Once the old filler is dissolved, consider lifting the cheeks with midface filler - which will also improve the nasolabial lines you were trying to address in the first instance. All the best!

I find Dermamelan great for addressing pigmentation in all skin types, including Asian and dark skin. It's a medical grade peel which is applied onto the skin and causes a chemical resurfacing effect. There is a strict aftercare protocol with products you need to use. Best of luck. 

Hi, thank you for your question. Based on the photos, 2 main things could be improved non-surgically:

1. Thinning lax skin. Best modalities for improving this would be skin needling (eg. Dermapen) or Infini (needling + radiofrequency). I would also introduce cosmeceutical skincare including a vitamin A.

2. Under eye hollows - dermal fillers can be used to plump up the under eye hollows so the area appears brighter with less visible lines. Also treating outer corners of the eye area with wrinkle relaxers will help soften the crow's feet.
