I’ve been going to Dr. Jane since 2019 and the level of service that I receive from her is top notch! Dr Jane make sure that her patients are personally taken cared before, during, and after the surgery at a level of medical and professional service that exceeds expectation. Dr Jane is AWESOME. She is very honest and will NOT advise you to go thru a treatment if you do not necessarily need it. No service or product up-sell, just straight honest recommendation and service on what you need. Let’s admit, beauty treatment(s) are not cheap. We need a Doctor that we can trust 100% and I trust Dr Jane completely! Thanks Dr Jane ... you are the best!

This review is a bit overdue as I saw Dr. Jane a few months back, but when you find a service and have an experience that exceeds your expectations I have to let others know even if I am a little late.

Jenesis is awesome! Dr. Jane is very talented at what she does, she and her staff are patient, kind and are professionals. I visited or spoke with many cosmetic Doctors based on recommendations from friends and online reviews and I decided on Dr. Jane and she is by far the best decision I could have made. She and Patricia were very thorough, took their time with me, answered all of my questions and suggested a reasonable plan of action to improve the appearance of dark circles, sagging facial skin on my forehead and cheek area, improve my jawline, and improve the look of my uneven nose. Did I mention I'm a guy? Dr. Jane approaches her work like an artist and she will explain to all of the detail of your procedure to help you achieve a very natural and outstanding outcome! As a guy, getting filler can be scary. I don't want to look like some aging Hollywood movie star trying to hold on to my looks with obvious facial "work" done. Trusting someone with how your face looks is a very big deal. You can trust Dr. Jane's opinions on what you should and shouldn't do and when to do it. She also has a great sense of humor! The entire staff is friendly and professional and make you feel so comfortable. The price is not cheap, and Jenisis does offer specials so do ask, but you do get what you pay for and I'm not disappointed.

I write this review in excitement but swollen neck as I await my results! I am 24 years old, asian, huge cheeks, and have what I would like to call a poor fat distribution. I am definitely slightly overweight as I am 145 pounds and only 5’1, but my face has always held onto fat more than the rest of my body. When I was in college and most of my life I was very skinny, but always with wide face and huge cheeks which made me self conscious in photos, and I felt like it added 10 pounds to my face. On top of that, in recent years I have gained some weight and although I have lost some weight and healthier now, my face has remained the same and I have a double chin and fat on the front side of my neck. My face I felt didn’t match my body, so I began looking into procedures like Kybella, which I actually had done in January and March. My results were actually quite impressive, but I knew that if I really wanted to change my face shape, I needed to get the buccal fat removal and lipo like my doctor recommended. The Kybella gave me a head start, but to be honest the amount of fat I wanted melted away I would have needed at least double (and I had already received 7 vials!) so I knew the most economic and quickest option would be to have this surgery. I got the surgery done in California, and the doctor is a surgeon practicing for 20 years trainee in South Korea. We got along very well and she is Korean like me so naturally after many consultations at different offices, I as drawn to going with her for Kybella and then eventually surgery. She credited my Kybella ($3k) treatments toward my surgery so in total for surgery after the credit I ended up paying about $4k for buccal fat removal and neck/chin liposuction. I got the surgery done 5 days ago (writing this on a Monday and I got it on a Thursday) and I am still swollen so of course no results yet. But I will document my results and journey of healing on here and please reach out to me if you have questions!

Coming out of surgery I was pretty delusional from all the sedation drugs I was on, so only managed to take one pic and then went home and literally passed out from 4pm to 11am the next day! Best sleep ever haha. When I got up the next morning I showered, removed my bandages and compression garment and cleaned myself. Warning: you will leak fluid so sleep on a towel and elevated pillows! I’ve posted some photos I took with my compression band off of what I looked like the next day (took these at night). Surprisingly no real bruising, just cuts from the small incisions under my chin. And of course swollen. I used Arnica Gel and applied to the lipo and swollen areas like peolle on here suggest. I wasn’t in too much pain and didn’t take any pain meds which was great. Day 1 post surgery I did go back to my doctor to check everything and she made sure everything looked good, it was fast and I went back to rest.

Wow do I feel a lot better about the way I look! My cheekbones being more defined and contoured makes me feel great. I’ve also had so many people tell me I look like I’ve lost a lot of weight, probably because my double chin is significantly less. I’m so happy to finally not feel so gross about my side profile anymore! I’m hoping to see continued results over the next two months as well.

Love this before and after! Even though it’s not the same angle, you can really tell how much chub I lost and how much more defined my chin and neck are! I will never have that “perfect” v line unless I lose some more weight and get the jaw shaving surgery, but for now I am very happy with my results!

I'm totally scared at the thought of a surgical rhinoplasty so using fillers was the right call for me. My nose has a flat bridge, wide column and tip that slightly droops. I started with one syringe of restylane, noticed loss of volume at 6 months and needed to reinject at around 9 months.

Looking for something more permanent, I tried Belafill. More expensive but also supposedly lasts years. Volume does go down from initial injection so I'm planning on getting three syringes injected every 7-8 months.

Time and time again I return to Dr. Jane because I love the results! She is an artist and her pride of work really shows. The staff is amazing and really makes you feel at ease.

Pain? I used to be nervous about the pain but there is virtually none with topical numbing cream. There will be a few more painful stabs at cartilaginous that are momentary and manageable.

The great thins is there is virtually no downtime other than not being able to drink alcohol!! My bruising has never been bad; easily covered up with medium coverage foundation. For little to NO bruising, I recommend taking arnica pellets a day before and use arnica cream or gel (altogether around $10?) after injections.

Do your research for this injection - I wouldn't go to just any medspa - and I think you'll love the results.

I had liposuction treatment from Dr. Chung. She is very caring doctor, trying to help in many ways to get the patient the best result possible from the operations. I am pleased with the very caring and supportive staff experience and the result from the procedure. I strongly recommend to get any beauty consultation from Dr. Jane Chung.

I am so happy I found Jenesis Lipoplasty & Laser via yelp and google search. All the staff here - Reina, Anna, Patricia and Dr. Jane are all very attentive and makes you feel comfortable. I got neck, chin, and tummy lip and am pleased to see the immediate results already and it's only been a week and a half!!! I would definitely recommend this place to my families and friends. Dr. Chung and her team were very helpful and thurogh with my pretreatment consult. The Ultherapy treatment went well and my expectations were managed perfectly. I’m very excited to see just after a handful of months my family and friends are noticing the results. I’m looking forward to my after photos and 6 month follow up.

Words can’t describe how amazingly talented Dr.Jane is. I have gone to her for a non-surgical nose job, lip injections, acne scar fill in and I will be going back soon for an eye lid surgery and facials. I trust her completely with my face. All the procedures I have received were done with so much care and understanding of my personal needs. I strongly recommend Dr. Jane if you are looking to get a non-invasive procedure done. I got liposuction of the calves and ankles, and overall had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Jane and her staff are wonderful! For some background, I have low-to-normal BMI, but have always had some extra "thickness" around the ankles even when I was at my thinnest. It was just how my body distributed the fat. I scheduled a consult with the office to discuss options, and Dr. Jane was very honest with me and explained that the way our body distributes fat is genetically determined, and targeted exercises won't do much to "spot-reduce" fat in a certain area. One way to help treat it would be liposuction. Overall, I felt that she was informative, without being too overbearing, and I felt that she knew her stuff. I wasn't pressured to make a decision right away. After a couple months of trying to do some of my own research, I went back to the office to discuss some further questions I had. In that visit, I felt pretty confident that this was something I wanted to do and scheduled my procedure date. Overall my experience with the procedure was good. I was a bit anxious for the whole thing but Dr Jane and her staff were very warm and helped me relax. The injection for numbing was probably the worst part (as expected) but otherwise it wasn't so bad. I also like that her office is decorated really cute. It feels "luxe". One little aside - as with any doctor's office, there is wait time, but I don't mind it too much because the waiting area is comfortable. Plus the way I see it, if you never have a wait time at your doctor's office, it means they don't have very many patients except you. I would rather go an in-demand office and endure a wait time for better results/cosmetic outcomes. A patient's relationship with her doctor can be very personal, especially when it is for elective/cosmetic concerns, which is why I am so glad I went to Dr. Jane. I trust her and her expertise.

I was referred to Dr. Jane by a friend in 2016 and have been going to Dr. Jane for surgeries and facial treatments ever since. Dr. Jane and her staff are super nice and helpful. I've done neck lipo, abdominal lipo, ultherapy, laser C02, and facial skin toning there. The results for every treatment goes beyond my expectation. The thing I appreciate the most is how Dr. Jane provides after care treatment for every procedure which most doctors do not. I've spent a lot of money here and believe me, every single penny is worth it!!
