I have several patients who experienced dark under eye discoloration from cancer chemotherapy. One Platelet rich fibrin injection significantly lightened the discoloration and we will do 2 or three more over the next year. We just used a really good topical anesthetic and a vibrating device for anesthesia.

We all have a little facial asymmetry and to someone looking at your face, it would not be obvious. The corrugator muscles are a little prominent and a very small amount of Botox may be helpful.
