I have seen many people who Dr Heinrich has done rhinoplasties on, so I decided to take the plunge! I'm only 3 weeks post and I can honestly say I already LOVE my new nose. I put my trust and nose into his hands, allowed him to do what he thought was best and I don't think anyone could have done a better job than him. I've hated my nose my whole life, until NOW! He's extremely personable, knowledgeable, and definitely gifted. I've already received many compliments on how natural my nose looks and how cute it is. I was never able to take profile photos and now I'm comfortable showing my sides! I would recommend every one who is displeased with the shape of their nose to go to Dr Heinrich!

Fantastic doctor, I felt he was attentive to all of my questions, went out of his way to explain the procedure and what I could expect. Very personable and knowledgeable, he has been doing these types of procedures for a long time and I had a lot of confidence in him. Several years ago he had performed a reconstructive surgery and scar revision on my mother's neck, and she couldn't have been happier with his work. I had always wanted to remove the extra pocket of fat under my chin, and had excellent results with the PrecisionTx procedure. I have more definition in my jawline now, even on the sides of my neck/jaw which was a pleasant surprise. No bruising, no unintended side effects, neck felt slightly numb for awhile which is normal, hardly any downtime needed for recovery. He did a great job in following up with me afterwards and tracking the recovery and progress. I highly recommend Dr. Heinrich!

Best plastic surgeon in Orange County especially for noses. He does the best nose jobs I know about 15 people who have done their nose with this doctor and they all look amazing! Great service, the best doctor out there. Highly recommend.

Dr. Heinrich recently performed my rhinoplasty, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. He was recommended by another well-respected surgeon, so I knew I could trust him. The main reason I did it was because I was not happy with the way it looked: it was large and round and my glasses kept sliding down my nose. I went in for consulting and he gave me his opinion on how my nose should be altered. He was so knowledgeable and experienced, and I trusted his judgment. I'm extremely happy I did because I love the way my nose looks now. The best part is that I still look like myself and my nose looks completely natural. Making an appointment was easy, I generally never waited long to see the doctor, and the entire staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Heinrich!

I went to Dr. Heinrich for ENT. My first appointment I waited 35 minutes in the room waiting when I arrived on time. Apparently, I got an endoscopy, which is something that I found out when I got my bill for close to $500 for a 10 min appointment where he talked more about my adult braces than he did my sinuses, which is what I went in for. He also asked me if I had a significant other and when I said that I did, he asked which gender, and then asked if he added to the stress in my life. Ultimately, he said that he couldn't see much and ordered a CT scan. When I went in for my follow up appointment to my CT scan, he specifically asked me to go pick up the CD of my scan so that we could review it. Again, I waited in the room for a long time and when he came in, he spent 5 minutes having the same conversation about my braces and spent about 30 seconds saying that if I get another sinus infection to call and left to go to another patient's room. I had to run after him to ask about the results of my scan which I went out of my way to go get and he said that it looked like I had some sinus problems, but to just call if I got a sinus infection. That 5 min appointment cost me $160 for "Office Visit, Detailed"
