I had my removal of biopolymers on 5.16.2023 from my back, butt, hips & leg because I was injected 4x about 1 year ago all in 1 month & it was migrating- (worst decision of my life). My skin turned purple & was becoming hard. After doing so much research & calling multiple doctors in New York, Miami, California & Colombia, I chose Dr. Pachon because he was the most educated in the matter. He was the only doctor that knew right away from my MRI that the substance in me was not "Hydrogel" as I was originally told & was unfortunately biopolymers aka silicone injections. While I was here in Bogota, I met many of his other patients, many of them were older than me- I am 23 and only had the biopolymers for one year and many of the girls I met were between 26 & 65 years old, some have had their injections for 12 + years, had been turned away by other doctors, or had multiple removals and finally after seeing this Dr. their back pain had disappeared after their surgery. Considering there are so many nerves in the lumbar area that can cause pain down the legs & this doctor fixed 3 women's pain I spoke to, is incredible to me. I have been here 2 months because I was a very complex case because my tissue was dead. & now the color is returning to normal & becoming soft again thank god. This doctor is so kind & treated me like his family. I don't speak Spanish either and he speaks to me in English & has taken care of my heart & soul every step of the way. I am a very complex case so I don't know what the future holds for me, however, I know that this is the doctor for me & that he will solve my problem & still keep me beautiful because he cares about me & it is clear he cares very much for all of his patients. Tomorrow is one of my last appointments with him before returning to the US & we are reviewing my MRI post surgery to see what the next step is, so I will keep you updated on my prognosis. Updated on 26 May 2024: 2 More Removals - I wish I never went to Bucaramanga (2nd surgery- Dr. Felipe Gonzalez) & Now I am Very Happy with my almost final results from Dr. Ramirez Folleco in Cali Colombia. Dr. Folleco is saving me.
Hi. So basically after hours and hours of research I went to Bogota Colombia to have my silicone removed with Dr. Jaime Pachon who is the head master of silicone removal and teaches other doctors how to perform his MASK open removal technique. You can look him up to understand more on that. Its been two years since the surgery and I am left with a scar but my butt looks completely Normal. Like I didn't do any surgery other than the scar. He also lift the butt up so it looks nice and young. Im thankful for being able to go to Colombia for a month and do this very serious , stressful surgery that was well needed. His nurse came to our Airbnb every single day to change my bandage and clean me up and help with the drains. He was so nice and very responsible and respectful. Gave me lots of good advice of what to eat and drink and always answers my messages when I was feeling nervous about something. So I appreciate his nurse as well as the doctor and office staff. Such a beautiful city bogota is too. I was able to see the vibrant culture while there and delicious food. I'll be be back eventually for sure. Especially to visit the clinic. It did take me up to about 3 months to feel comfortable and up to six months to feel much better. It's a very serious surgery and Dr. Pachon is not there to play with your time. He does remove ALOT of the silicone so therefore lots of tissue needs to be removed where the silicone has been living and growing. Other doctors seem to care more about you feeling like you had no surgery done and leave a lot of silicone sitting in your butt. I'd rather go through the pain and tough times then leave that stuff in my body only to go back for second removal. In The end .. I got what I paid for. Hope you guys do your full homework and look for the best choice. I fully recommend Dr. Jaime Pachon in Bogotá Colombia. Look him up on Instagram. Good luck. XO. Kind, timely, and simply amazing! These are all attributes you will be met with the moment you walk through the doors of Dr. pachon. practice! Dr. pachon was knowledgeable, and was able to provide me with excellent consultation. His staff was friendly and I felt right at home. working with Dr. pachon truly put me at a sense of ease, leaving me smiling from ear to ear!I was blown away by the results he was able to produce for me.
Thank you with all my heart for so much effort and dedication even when you have had nothing to favor. Thank you once again for your vocation and for giving us once and for all our rightful place. May we realize once and for all that we cannot live without science and development. Thank you for getting up and lifting them and lots of strength in this fight against biopolymer.
10 Years ago, i got butt implants from a cosmetic surgeon, and last year i started to notice my butt bigger and i had a terrible pain in my lower back. After 3 consultations with my primary Dr. he suggested to take an MRI to see the implants. and the surprise was that i had the implants and also liquid silicone. There my NIGHTMARE began... My first consultation was with Dr. Tansar Mir. he really didn't care about my situation he checked my MRI and told me to come back in a month.. I travel to Colombia and i researched many Drs. I consult 4 or 5 plastic surgeons specialist in Biopolymers removal. After the fisrt consultation with Dr. Jaime Pachon i knew he was the most qualified to do the procedure, i was able to talk and see the results of his patients and i felt very safe . I was very confident that i was choosing the best professional. He had a team working for him but all the patients , questions and concerns he answers directly. My surgery was on February 13. (everything was ok.)i went home with the drains, Now i must be in recovery for 3 or 4 weeks and wait for scar to heal. I am so happy with my scar and my surgery. I believe that very soon all this will end. Updated on 13 Mar 2019: After 17 Days . Drains were removed . Everything is healing well. The skin is a bit flaccid. Buy Dr. Says it will improve. I had the opportunity to know many cases and i am more convinced that the DR Pachon is the best professional in this practice. Updated on 2 Apr 2019: Hi, i am Back to my job. Unfortunately my job is sitting long hours and it hurst me a little. It sems normal . My scar is ok. But I am still feel Weak. I think I need more rest to recover completely .
I had biopolimer in my buttocks for over 10 years. In the last few months it started bothering more than ever before. My side effects were hardness, discoloration, itching, pain, migration. Finally I decided to have open surgery to remove the substance. I traveled to Colombia. It’s been 3 weeks since my surgery, I am still recovering. The doctor was able to remove over 80% of the substance. After the surgery he put 2 drains in me, and more substance was coming out through the drains. I still have drains in, I’m removing them in 3 days. Very excited to see what it’s going to look like after it heals.
I am back... So here is a quick summery of all I have endured. 2017- Silicone Extractions with Dr. Tansar Mir, while I do know he did leave some silicone behind. That’s unfortunately giving me issues now. However, Mir did remove alot of the silicone. My biggest issue with Mir is that he not give me post op intrusions written in paper he told me verbally when I was high of the pain meds. The wound bags were never put on suction mode and I never drained more of the silicone out. Doctors in Columbia all advocate for the drains being the most important part of the surgery because that’s where the products of residue comes out. I genuinely explained to Mir during the post op visit that I didn’t recall him telling me this. He got upset at me and told me I could’ve caught and infection. 2018- BBL reconstruction, LADIES hear me out. I was feeling asymtomatic and moved forward with the BBL I should have never done that. Now, 2024, I am presenting more health complications because the rest of the silicone left behind is now submerged with my fat and must have encapsulated, granulomas. Doctors in Columbia warn that if you do not have more than 90% removed and are symtomatic to not get a BBL. Another lessoned learned... the complicaiton that I know face are ... I am making more calcium deposits in my kidneys and if I do not remove the rest of the granuloma then I face a life- threatening condition... Iam writing this for awareness purposes. Doctors in Columbia also warn about reconstruction with butt implants because it can potentially lead to cancer if you had the biopolimeros/ silicone shots. I am now considering the top doctor in Columbia and when I say the top top doctor is because this man Doctor Jaime Pachon educates his audience on hypercalcemia, intoxication of vitamin D - dihydroxy and is a master dotor.. he has various testimonies of woman saying how their life improved... he specifically opens you up and work on you for more than 5 hrs ensure he is cleaning the inside of YOUR MUSCLE to get most of this poison out. Girls... rest assure that when you do a consultation with a doctor of removal that your doctor is focused on your health. I will get an entire MRI in Bogota columbia because the severity of diziness and dehydration I feel through out the day is not normal. Pachon, in Bogota Columbia is a pricey doctor, he is charging me 14k for the removal of butt, hips and back but if thats what I need to pay for my health then so be it. God be willing this post helps woman that are in my current situation and need it out. Or to warn woman to not inject anything in their bodies. There is also Doctor Folleco, and although Folleco seems like another excellent option and is cheaper than Pachon. I decided not to go to him because according to MY research he takes out the infected tissues cleans it and then puts it back in. I don’t know how to feel about that to be honest with you. I’m leaning more on Pachon because of his levels of expertise and the testimonies on his page. If anybody has had any surgeries with either or please drop your comments. Thank you for informing me and let’s fight this fight together.
Hello ladies, I’m hoping that my journey can help some of you along! I was injected 8 years ago with silicone by a Colombian women acting as a doctor, with degrees and an official office! I went twice! I just wanted to feel beautiful again! After having two children i wasn’t happy with my butt! Boy do I wish I had my old butt today! I have chronic back pain (lower spine) off and on pain in the cheeks, and the worse is the nerve pain in my left leg and foot! I’m traveling to Columbia. I’ve been researching for many years now! I decided not to stay in the states. As I said before I’ve researched for years so I know there’s no better place for this then Colombia/Barcelona The doctors here are just trying to figure this thing out, so many of them are JUST realizing that cutting is the only way! So, now they are getting slightly better with trial and error of course! I will not settle for Lipo/removal with same day reconstruction with diseased tissue (bad fat) just to have a nice butt! I’m suffering enough! I feel I’ve made enough bad decisions in my life to still be Vain about a scar! I WANT MY HEALTH BACK! I have low white cell blood count, fatigued, irritable, sad depressed! Im limping and can barely walk now because of my leg and back pain It wasn’t like this when I first started my search years ago, but I didn’t want to make a wrong choice in doctor out of fear, or because they didn’t leave a scar! I’ve learned soooooo much from these ladies on here! Some where happy with results with some doctors, then come back and still sick 1-2 years later, after saving money up time off work away from their loved ones! I was just watching praying and continued searching, so after some years I finally booked with a doctor that I prayed for! He was honest with me about my condition, also the scar! I’ve seen almost all of his work! He also does Mri to soothe your mind after surgery, To see your progress! He is Kind and his expertise is Removal! We talk all the time, with him being a surgeon and all I never have to really wait to speak to him personally! I’ll be there for 6 weeks total! I hope all goes well, because I’m at the end of the rope! Ladies this post is for some insight, not negativity! We are all in this together, no matter where u are from, or look like! We did this! We will come out of this! We must help other women! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, do your own research for yourself! GOD WILL LIGHT YOUR WAY! He speaks good English, Dr.Pachon speaks it fluently as well :)! But no one else did, I’d say try to learn small words just to communicate some! I’m in the process now of teaching myself, because I’ll be here for at least 6 weeks! I’m staying I don’t want to play with my body and the doctors in the states aren’t too thrilled about helping people that chose the go abroad for surgery! “OH” also they have a special kind of MRI for EXACT LOCATION OF biopolymers! The silicone all appears in PINK NOT WHITE, so there’s no way to confuse or make mistake of location! I thought it was brilliant! Looks like this picture posted! Well, I’m back at the recovery home, Mayra is cooking for me, and braiding my hair up for Surgery! They are the best, I have a lock and key to my room, my own bathroom and back yard (BEAUTIFUL) in house massage room! My doctor was sooo informative, letting me know how this entire trend started etc! He is an expert! He’s done 1035 patients! I seen quite a few women coming to the clinic for check ups etc! They where all walking! He has patients from Africa, Russia i was impressed! He is a famous doctor here for removal! He’s teaching his technique all over! He speaks fluent English and he’s such a sweetheart! He checks on my constantly the anesthesiologist as well! I know I made the right choice! He has ZERO negative results and symptoms never return! He ran sooooo many test, helped me with my Hemo! Also ladies get a Asia Syndrome test US doctors aren’t aware of the condition, please request it! A lot of us may have it from the silicone, your low white blood count! Fatigue etc! I met another young lady at the office from Costa Rica, that got surgery right before me, she is alone, somewhere here in Bogata, and so am I! So we whats app we talk daily! I’m in zero pain, because I have pain pump! I am up walking around! I Do some slight dancing daily to keep the fluid moving! Choosing him was the best thing I could’ve done! I’m not rich and I’ve saving to save my life! I didn’t want to save up and choose the wrong doctor that doesn’t really remove the poison but give me a pretty bum! IM HAPPY! LADIES THE AMOUNT HE REMOVED IS NUTS! I only went twice! He also had to remove some of my muscle! I will upload pictures once my garment is removed! I was able to see ALL of the poison and touch (gross) I seen the knots that were laying on my sciatic nerves etc! I’m no longer walking like a 90yr old women! I thank GOD! I’ve been on this journey many years, broke sick without thousands of dollars to spend to save myself, didn’t have time away form work! Someone to watch my pets and look over my home I just bought last December! My Husband came with me, but left me 12noon today because he has to return to work! I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL! SOMEONE SOMEWHERE WAS PRAYING FOR ME! My recovery is the BEST! Marian handled everything for me! I am the only one here, with my private everything! I hired a nurse just for 12 hours at night! Just incase! But for real I’m good! I have a 24 caretaker as well that came with the recovery home! Below is what what was removed! I hope I’ve been helpful ladies! I’m trying not to hold ANYTHING BACK, you you have ANY question please ask them! GOD BLESS IS ALL! Please remember the ONLY WAY TO REMOVE ALMOST ALL OF THE PRODUCT IS AN ENTIRE OPEN CUT ACROSS THE BACK, to access migration to hips full butt and to the back! (Back tummy tuck look)! It’s impossible to see the product through small cute incisions you will still have a beautiful bum, but also a great amount of poison left! The fat is SUPER THICK IN YOUR BACK AND BUM, AND IT IS INFILTRATED WITH hard balls of SILICONE!!
Many conditions predispose biopolymer migration and activation. 1) the most common cause is migration on the first day of administration and you never noticed until they start to activate. 2) high-impact sports. 3) saunas, Turkish bath or jacuzzis 4) higher temperatures and sun exposition. and many other situations related to this difficult condition know as biopolymers.
it is very important to remove this product and correct those deformities related to biopolymers, the open technique is the correct choice but also you need a previous immunologic study and MRI study to classify your case and aloud you to improve your quality of life.
You have eczema secondary to biopolymers, it is very important to evaluate your case in consultation and bring the correct management to this difficult condition.
You should consider evaluating your case for an expert in silicone injection removal; you need an open surgery in the aesthetic subunit to improve your lip swelling and avoid local complications in the near future related to biopolymers.
why you don't consider liposculpture? you are a good candidate, I don't find it necessary to do a tummy tuck. talk with your doctor about this option.
