Botox does not usually cause "bags" under the eyes after a neurotoxin treatment, however I have seen Botox injected directly in the area under the eye to improve fine lines and wrinkles and the integrity of the skin was so thin that the skin was lax and held fluid which caused bags under the eyes. A free consult would help establish a recommended treatment. B Vitamins are important in correcting dark circles under the eyes. They may not eliminate the circles but make them slightly better. If the "bags" under the eyes are from a lack of integrity in the skin, it will take time for your "bags" to go away. Hopefully, as the neurotoxin is metabolized your skin will return to it's previous state.
