I have always wanted a rhinoplasty but I kept putting it off thinking that it might not be for me. I met Dr. Andrews a few years ago when he came highly recommended by a friend who got her botox there. I made an appointment, he addressed my concerns and he started my injections. Dr. Andrews really has an eye, and he will not over do it. I never left his office feeling overdone or looking like a balloon animal. His results have always looked super natural for me. Probably because there is an exact science behind how he operates. This really built my trust in him and his team. After a while, I went back for a rhino consult. During this appointment, he addressed my concerns/was super informative/knowledgable and let me know how we could proceed. Later that day, I received my simulation photos. I have been so happy with his entire team-Amanda, Ellie, Melissa ARE THE DREAM TEAM. They have answered all my questions, concerns, and calls in a timely manner. I booked my rhino for Aug 17th. I was nervous but more so excited! I will be forever grateful. Thank you Dr. Andrews & Team!

Aug 17th- Checked into the surgery center where I spoke with the anesthesiologist, a nurse and Dr. Andrews. After discussing next steps with all three, they gave me the good stuff and took me back to the operating room. I do not remember much at all, this process seemed to fly by. I was talking to the nurse one minute and the next I was waking up wondering if we were already finished?

They are so helpful! Dr. Andrews called my husband after surgery to let him know that I did well and brief him. He spent and additional 30 minutes on the phone prepping my husband on next steps/what medications he needs to make sure I get in my system and when. WOW!!! I can honestly say that I am mind blown-this was SO KIND of Dr. Andrews. I will say his bedside manner is wonderful. He then called me a few days later to check on how things were coming along.

Aug 24th- Dr. Andrews removed the splints and cast. I feel less congested without the splints inside my nose. I am slightly swollen and the tip of my nose is a little red. This should go down each day. Overall I am super happy with my new nose:) I wouldn't trust anyone but Dr. Andrews with my face!

The office staff is friendly and willing to help! I absolutely LOVE my results from my upper eye lid surgery. Dr. Andrews is truly amazing. Highly recommend him if you are considering this surgery. Lastly.. very affordable!

Dr. Andrews is an exceptional facial plastic surgeon with an artistic approach to making you look your best without overdoing it. Honestly, he's THE BEST at using Botox and fillers to give you a liquid facelift -and no downtime! He has a great personality: supportive, caring, and honest, with a level of expertise that you won't get from other doctors.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience as a patient of Dr. Andrews! He listened to my goals for the procedures, and the results were beyond my expectations. I feel (and look!) refreshed without appearing stiff, puffy, or "overfilled." I'm amazed by the immediate difference after just a few minutes in his chair. I've known many of his patients over the years, and his quality of work is consistently exceptional. Highly recommend!

I have been so very happy with my experience with Dr. Andrews that I would never consider using any other surgeon for facial plastic surgery. I would certainly recommend him to anyone considering facial surgery or nose surgery, he is the best and the outcome was exactly what I wanted (if not even better than what I was expecting)!!!

I came to dr Andrews after seeing MANY surgeons throughout Houston and some out of town. I was looking for someone I could trust to do my fillers long term. Many professionals left me bruised, uneven, or just didn't give me the look I really wanted. I came to see dr Andrews with a very open mind. I let him pick what fillers to use and how much. I am super duper happy! Hardly any swelling and NO BRUISING! It was BY FAR the most painless filler appointment I've had an I am so grateful! He is super talented and he definitely listens, he strives to give a very natural look even though I pushed for him to be a little more dramatic with my look. I can't wait to go back! I definitely expected a bigger difference after 4k but hopefully I can get a bit more in the future and achieve my goals hah

What a great experience. I went in feeling tired and haggard. I left looking refreshed. Over the last 2 weeks, no less than a dozen people have offered comments about how pretty I look --- all unsolicited!! Dr. A spent a lot of time explaining specifically how my face had aged in a way that I understood clearly. He broke it down into components and then made a plan to address my specific needs. The results are fantastic! Highly recommend!

Great doctor. Very Thorough. I felt as if I were watching an artist at work as he injected my face. This experience was VERY different than previous injection sessions with other docs. He had a very gentle hand. I had almost no pain and I love the results.

Dr. Andrews in Houston,TX evaluated my face and features. His recommendations were exactly on target. He performed procedures in his office.
There was no pain and even if some occurred it well worth it. Dr. Andrews is caring gentle. He made a 69 year old chemo and lung cancer survivor look great.
