I don't think there is a perfect answer. I apply the O shot after the last Thermiva, which can be done right after the Thermiva session. The idea being that you don't want to break down any of the restorative properties provided by the O shot through the thermal remodeling provided by Thermiva. That is more of an intuitive thought, not necessarily supported by studies. I'm sure it has functioned well when administered at different times, but that is just what I prefer.
