While I don’t often write reviews, I want to ensure that Dr. Saidi’s name reaches those considering an ENT/plastic surgeon in the northern Virginia area. He is truly an outstanding physician in every measure of service and an extraordinarily talented and compassionate surgeon whom I recommend wholeheartedly.

I've had a hereditary under eye hollows and contrasting chubby cheeks heavier to the bottom, making my facial lines facing out and down. Had everything done in office under the local anestesia. Ate chopped noodle soup first day, then small bites soft food for next couple of days. At first was uncomfortable to sleep on the sides.Ended up not taking any painkillers. Got a little infection (pimples in the mouth corner) around day 6 after. To early to see the end result (sure I'll love it) my cheeks about the same size as before a week in after the procedure but harder. Updated on 21 Apr 2017: There are a ball like scar tissue on the cheeks after incision. The left side is a bit bigger. Updated on 21 Apr 2017: Before; smiling. With a lot of make up to cover the under eye blue dents or wearing sunglasses for that purpose. Updated on 8 May 2017: One month later I'm back to normal life. I am very happy that I've got it done! Doing the same makeup routine. Sill feel stitches in my mouth to the touch, but they don't bother me in any way. I used to have more fat on my right cheek that wasn't visible because of some dental/jaw asymmetry. My right cheek is still fatter. I'll address that with doc on my follow up, see what he thinks. Unfortunately there is still dark circles under my eyes. But I hope there will be some progress as the bruising in such delicate areas may last a while. Some fat didn't grab, I'll have to do a revision some time later on the right side. Never the less I'm very happy with shape: where I no longer have that harsh dent under the eye. Updated on 15 May 2017: Updated on 22 May 2017: I've put a lot of weight on lately (happens often) but thanks to the surgery my face is not huge lol:). Love it! Updated on 29 May 2017: Little bit of makeup Updated on 19 Jul 2017: It has been about the few month for my procedures to settle in. I wanted to say, not to jump to conclusions to soon after, for my fellow peops who got things like this done. In my case not much of the fat had stayed under my eyes but my doctor was nice enough to offer me revision that we will do next winter so I will have time to hide for another week lol. As for my buccal fat removal: I've asked to remove the bulldog like shape of my cheeks not to make a creas in the middle. I do have big cheeks but more so square shape naturally. So now my face is more feminine and youthful ;b. Very happy with results!!! Now just need to lose some weight lol.
