Ivan Thomas, MD (retired)

I had heard that Dr. Ivan Thomas was THE surgeon to go to if I wanted excellence and that is exactly what I got!

I now have natural beautiful breasts thanks to Dr. Thomas and the generous support of his staff.

I recommend him most highly and hope you go to Dr. Thomas who corrected the other surgeon's errors and helped me feel beautiful again.

I'm 21 and from Germany but my parents are from Vietnam. So I'm Asian and as usual Asians do not have big boobs but my Mom and my sister were 2 of the lucky ones who do have big boobs but unfortunately I was not one of them. When I was younger I always told myself that not everyone can have big boobs and that nobody is perfect und that I could deal with my small chest. But when I got older I noticed that they were just tooooo small and from an age of 14 I always wanted to get a breast augmentation. My Mom told me that she would always support me but I just had to wait until I'll be older.

So when I was 20 I went to California for 3 months to visit my older sister who just moved there a year ago. Before my trip I did a lot of research at home on what doctor I should go to, what implants to get, saline or silicone etc, etc. So finally when i arrived in CA my sister found Dr. Thomas who has an office in Lancaster that is close to where she lives. After my consultation I felt soooo good and was a 100% sure to get me an appointment for the surgery.

I got 275cc's silicone and i LOVE my boobs now. They are just perfect and have the right size that totally fit the rest of my body. My sister and I are soooooo content with Dr. Thomas and his staff. They were so caring and helpful. Now that I'm back in Germany I still get their help over eMails when I have any questions. I would definitely do the surgery again even though it was a little bit painful ;)

Had extra skin due to multiple pregnancies & weight loss.

I could not even look at myself in the mirror without crying I was so miserable and embarrassed. Dr. Thomas and his wonderful staff helped me in so many ways!! They are caring and wonderful people! Now I can look in the mirror and smile and feel confident something I thought could never happen!!!

I am so Happy that I had chosen Dr.Thomas and family for my surgical needs! There were so many to chose from but you know in your heart when you have met the right Dr. and Staff! straight from the heart no B.S. !! I would recommend Dr. Thomas and his wonderful staff to any one who has low self esteem and is trying to improve yourself I feel like a new person from the inside and out and I look forward to seeing Dr. Thomas and his staff with my check ups!!!!! I love these people they are genuine and very caring could not ask for a better experience in my life time!!!

my body changed after the birth of my baby and I didn't feel comfortable with my self. 7 months after delivering my first baby, I was pretty much back to my pre-baby weight, but my body had changed so much. I noticed fatty deposits in areas where I fat had never exsisted before. After countless hours at the gym, I decided it was time to seek professional help.

Even though I was swollen after my surgery, the results were evident right away. My muffin-top was gone for good!

As a model and actress I was very aware of how big to go because I don't want my boobs to distract from my work; the message I'm trying to relay or the product I am selling. On this same note, I have major trust issues with who I am going to let slice and dice me. Everyone has heard the plastic surgery horror stories and the last thing I could afford was a botch boob job. Sorry Pam Anderson, I don't have the fame power to pull that one off. But it was very important for me to achieve that 'Wow' factor and not the "Woe' factor. My looks are my income and my job demands perfection so I can't settle for anything less.

The first time I stepped into Dr. Thomas' office I felt very welcome, the staff was friendly and the consultant reminded me of my agent (in the best way) She asked me what I did and how I liked LA so far, it was really easy talking with her and relaying how I felt about the operation, why I wanted it and what results I wanted. When I went in a met with Dr. I thought I was going to explain everything all over again, but he got it right away! His recommendation was tasteful and conservative. He assured me that a natural, full implant would be a perfect size for my line of work and would fit my frame naturally. And he was right! If I didn't tell anyone, nobody would know I had anything done (which is exactly what I wanted). But I feel compelled to tell people because he did such a great job. I love my results; I think it was one of the best decisions to go ahead with the operation BECAUSE I had Dr. Thomas as my surgeon. I think it has really opened up a lot of doors professionally and I couldn't be happier J THANK YOU DR. THOMAS!

i have a round, oval face and my mouth is farely small as far as width to begin with, so having thin lips didnt really porportion me , i felt id feel more confident about my self w a lip augmentation (juvederm) and im sooo happy i went through with it! ivan is great! no pain !

It is all pros as stated above. Totally worth it.

I had my surgery on Wednesday and went back to work the following Monday. Dr. T recommended one week recovery but my schedule didn't allow that. The pain level was not as bad as I expected considering the implants were placed under the muscle. Most importantly, my breasts look fantastic!!!
