I'm in my late 30s and have been wanting to get a breast augmentation as long as I can remember. I was always scared of the surgery and to have unnatural looking results. I've done tons of research and ended up at Dr Karanetz' chair for a consultation. She is absolutely amazing and a true professional in her field. She is very confident and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and addressed a whole list of concerns I've had. I'm a working mother and being able to recover quickly and back to my busy life was on a top of my list. I also wanted the most natural looking enhancement, to feel confident in my own body without over- exaggerating look. Dr K was very attentive to all my concerns and needs. She suggested to go with Motiva over the muscle which got me worried since all I've been hearing that over the muscle doesn't look as natural as under the muscle. But she reassured that it's very individual and provided her expertise. I went with it. I can't simply put into words how happy I am with results. I was so so so nervous. The surgery itself was a bliss, I was unsure how it's possible to feel this ok post surgery. I only have taken Tylenol for first couple days and was driving 3 days later. The pain was very manageable, recovery was smooth. Dr K and her staff were constantly checking on me. And results are absolutely insane. You'd never tell they are not real. She did a phenomenal job and I can't recommend her enough. Dr K gave me exactly what I asked for and then some. The results exceeded all my expectations. Thank you so much for boosting my confidence and listening to my needs and then executing it to perfection.

My experience was wonderful. I'm so so happy with my breast reduction no longer have shoulder pain. I'm very contented and all the staff is very helpful makes you feel very comfortable. I feel very comfortable in my clothes. I do not have pain anymore.

This was my first time ever getting a cosmetic procedure (chin lipo) and I was honestly really nervous, but Dr. Irena and her team did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and safe. She listened to all my concerns, explained things clearly, and made sure the whole process was seamless, even with my complicated medical history. Her bedside manner is so kind and reassuring, and I never felt rushed or brushed off. I also really appreciated the dedicated post-op appointments in the days, weeks and months following the procedure. I also want to shout out Lourdes, Simona, and Frances — they were all amazing, supportive, and made me feel cared for from start to finish. I’m so happy with my results and the entire experience.

Dr. Karanetz and her staff were so helpful during the very daunting process of undergoing a major surgery! I love the results and really felt like she listened to me in terms of size and appearance. The office helped take care of all my insurance approvals and made it very stress free which was so nice. The pics included in this review are from my 6 month check in. The scars are healing very nicely and I am excited to see what everything looks like at the 1 year mark!

Where do I even start? From the front desk team to the coordinator, Lourdes—everyone made me feel so welcome and at home. Meeting Dr. Irena was truly a 10/10 experience. You can immediately tell how passionate she is about her work. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to answer every question without ever making you feel rushed. I’m only 3 days post-op from my breast reduction and high-definition lipo, and I’m already in love with my results! Dr. Rojas, her surgical partner, was also an absolute gem—my abs have never looked this defined. I cannot wait to see how everything continues to heal!

I had consulted with Dr K in April and had the op done in June 2025. Pain was very minimal ( similar to minor period cramping, perhaps to a lesser degree though much messier - I did with the occasional ibuprofen only even though I was prescribed stronger painkillers ). Immediately post op i took an uber home - a little foggy, but I was able to finish some light chores around the house before bed. I was able to get back to work (office, mostly sitting) next week, about 3 days post-op. I restarted my daily yoga practice ( gentle poses, stretching ) at about week 2, and went back to swimming at end of week 4. Dr. K made me feel safe and heard during the process and her staff are all very lovely and professional.

Dr Karanetz did my breast reduction and lift. I had significant asymmetry and she corrected it. I am almost 6 weeks post op and everything has been going really well. I was super nervous about my first surgery ever and she made me feel so calm. I appreciated how available her team was to answer any questions or concerns post op via text message. If you’re looking for someone that does a great job, has a great team and is a kind person in general, look no further! My procedure was covered through insurance and her team got me approved in just two weeks. I’m so happy with my results and experience.

Dr. Irena is incredibly sweet, professional, and down-to-earth. From the very first consultation, she made me feel completely at ease and never rushed any of my questions. Her warm and friendly demeanor instantly calmed any nerves I had, and I always felt like I was in great hands.
