Definitely avoid a rhinoplasty or alarplasty with Dr Michael Salivaras. He did not listen to my needs nor helped me understand what to expect, he treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. And his nurse had such a snobbish attitude and looked down on me, I was very surprised by her behavior. I did an alarplasty with him and he left me with an asymmetrical traingular nose with over hanging alars and my nose blugged out more on the sides when I smiled. He is definitely not an artist or cosmetic surgeon. I underwent a revision rhinoplasty with an excellent cosmetic surgeon who did a great job in smoothening out my alars to the base so that my nose looks more natural and he also corrected the asymmetry.
