I had the upper eyelid laser surgery and lower eyelid surgery done on the 28th of September 2017. I had the fat excess under my lower eyelid removed and my upper eyelid corrected. The whole procedure took just over 3 hours. The whole time I was under exceptional care of the doctor and nurses. I did not feel any pain due to the anaesthetic. During the procedure the doctor explain his every move so I knew exactly what was happening. Even thought it was a surgery, I felt very comfortable and safe. I knew I was in hands of a professional. I recommend this clinic to everyone. The whole team approaches the patient personally, ensuring comfort right from the arrival until the departure. They are always in contact with you, giving all the information which I want and further information which might come useful. The whole clinic has a very high standards and specialised new equipment. Going to the surgery I was afraid because I didn't know what to expect. But from the first moment in the clinic, I knew I took the right choice. Dr. Osadowska treated me like a family member and surrounded me with care. I thank everyone from the team once more.

I had treatment around my eyes because my eyelids were obscuring my vision as my age moved on! A week later, after a four hour procedure and lots of loving care and wonderful handling from the clinic I feel great and can now see far better. My width of vision has dramatically improved and so has my self confidence as a result of that. If this is the treatment you seek, then look here first. Every aspect of your needs will be 100% looked after by extremely professional people, caring . They even collected me from Berlin and took me to my hotel as a part of the overall service. Since the procedure I am home. They still have at the least a daily contact to ensure that all is well. This is TLC at its best. In terms of fees, the clinic's are very competitive. Far more acceptable that those in the UK that I enquired about. Some UK ones were breathtakingly high. I live in North East England and several wanted me to go to London for the work. No thanks. A quick, inexpensive flight from Newcastle to Berlin is a far nicer option. As a point of interest I also enjoyed Szczecin. The clinic and its staff are absolutely great. They gave me a tour so I saw the whole place, from the comfortable, spacious Reception area (more like somebody's salon) through the working areas and other parts. All great, all easy to be in at a time when nerves can be frayed I felt comfortable and relaxed. Even during the operation. Every member of staff I met showed care and kindness together with an absolute commitment to their work and to me. The clinic itself is absolutely up to date with the appropriate state-of-the-art equipment and is a comfortable place to be.in. People reading this may laugh, but at times I felt on holiday. Really great experience from my very first appointment. Dr Osadowska and her lovely staff made me feel very welcome. Everything was explained very well, so I felt very comfortable and guided throughout my whole treatment. Amazing results and professional approach make me always look forward to next time. I had laser liposuction on my upper legs and knees about a week ago. My experience with the clinic and dr. Osadowska was very good. Everybody working at the clinic was very professional and nice. Doctor Osadowska was very patient with me and answered all my questions and explained the procedure to me. I was very impressed on the day of my procedure to see the latest equipment as well as the efficiently setup and organized operating room within the clinic. I am already happy with the results and can't wait to see the final outcome. I also did some scar revision treatment at the clinic. Dr. Osadowska treated it with injections of steroids as well as laser. I am extremely happy with the outcome especially as I was told in Canada by a couple of doctors that there is not much that can be done for that. The treatments (liposuction) here are much less expensive then what I was quoted in Canada. In my opinion it is great to take a vacation in Europe and have some procedure done at the same time. Most people here speak English and German anyway so it's easy to communicate. There are good hotels, restaurants and places to explore and all that possible on a budget as well. I would highly recommend it to everybody V.T.

I had upper eyelid surgery few weeks ago in Stettin Poland with the Doctor Osadowska.
I wanted to do this surgery for a long time and did a lot of research for about two years. I have heavy upper eyelids that gave me a strong look and wanted my eyes to be more open and feminine.
After discussing for a long time with Arthur, the doctors assistant and husband I decided to go to Poland. I met the doctor one day before the surgery for a first visit and also to do some LED light treatment to have a fast healing.
On the day of the surgery the doctor who did the surgery took more than one hour to discuss the possible results and make the markings on my eyes. I had local anesthesia and the surgery was performed with the laser to remove the excess of skin.
The clinic is really beautiful and modern and the staff is also very nice. I would definitely recommend Doctor Osadowska clinic's and would visit her again. I am very happy with the results and had an amazing experience not just with the surgery but also with the staff at the clinic and in the city.

I want to give an update 3 months later as some of you asked. I am very happy, there are almost no more signs of the surgery. Scars have totally faded and are invisible. I am probably the only one who can see them as I know I had a surgery there. My eyes look as I wanted them and I see a big improvement compared to before the surgery.

I am happy with the results of the surgery and the Doctor that performed the surgery however I found the staff at the clinic to speak very poor English.

I was in contact with the patient coordinator however as soon as I came home and encountered problems with healing I have not heard from him since despite sending him multiple messages.

I also find the photos of previous patients very misleading as the healing for me was not as easy as I was led to believe.

On a more positive note the clinic is very clean and well equipped and also I found the blepharoplasty to be pain free.

I would not recommend Dr. Osadowska for lipo and BBL. See image of my uneven results attached at 10 weeks post op.

8 weeks ago I had lipo on abdomen, flanks, and back, along with a BBL with Dr.Osadowska. Total surgery cost around $4600 (excluding airfare and hotel costs). I am from the US but was working in a region nearby to Poland so it was cheaper and more convenient for me to do the surgery in Poland. I did research about Polish cosmetic surgery industry and, though it was a flip-toss, felt there was a good chance I could come out with a good surgery. So I went for it.

PROS: Dr. Osadowska's office in Szcezecin was clean, modern and seemed well-run. Arthur, the office manager of that office, was also very communicative when he was trying to recruit me. I liked Dr. Osadowska immediately when I met her. I have no complications from the surgery, it went smoothly and I had no adverse side effects.

CONS: However, the outcome of my body shape has not been attractive, which to me, is the most important thing in doing this surgery.

The very next after surgery, when I met to Dr. O to examine the results, and took off my compression garment, I was so disappointed because the shape of my left body was completely different from the shape of my right side. On my left waist there was this big fatty lump, while my right side was straight and flat (almost too flat). Moreover, though my right side was straight like a boy's body, it had a protrusion on the love handle which the right side didn't. My body shape before the surgery was well-proportioned and I did not have such dramatically noticeable asymmetry between the right and left side of the body.

When I expressed my concern to the doctor about this, she told me that it was just swelling and that it would go down. Somehow I didn't believe her that the uneven shape would change over time, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited patiently. I followed her post-care instructions and got many massages. Now after 8 weeks, I have healed well but that asymmetry has not changed at all.

The swelling on my body is now gone by about 90%, and I have recovered well. In all aspects of recovery, I am doing fine, except that I have an uneven body shape between my right and left. So, it is clear now that the doctor has left a fat patch on my left waistline. She somehow just missed it, I don't know how she could have done that. I just recently got a second opinion from another doctor, and he has suggested that I get revision surgery at three months post op.

I have sent Dr. Osadwoska numberous emails with pictures and WhatsApp messages and I have gotten no response back from her or her team. Initially, I had hoped to get the problem resolved by Dr. Osadowska because I had trusted her and expected that she would work with me until I was satisfied with the surgery. But she has not responded to my post op emails AT ALL . And, in my opinion, that is the BIGGEST downside to doing this type of surgery from an emerging country like Poland. They may have good machines and may even have access to good training in Poland, but they are definitely not as customer service oriented or as responsible as the doctors in the western countries. Also, based on this experience, I would say it’s probably hard to find a meticulous surgeon in an emerging country such as Poland. Dr. Osadowska certainly was not.

The price I paid for Lipo/BBL at Dr. Osadowska was not cheap enough to justify my poor results. When I add the travel/hotel costs and then the revision surgery on top of that, it comes out to the same cost as getting a top-notch surgeon in the US for the same procedure. In hindsight, I wish I had done just that to begin with.

I would not recommend going to Dr. Osadowska for lipo or BBL treatment if you are someone who is looking to have a perfect outcome - if you have high standards. You won't be butchered in Dr. Osadowska's hands but you might not get the body you want either, and there is a high possibility you might need revision surgery like I do.

I have been in contact with Arthur at the Osadowska Clinic in Szczecin Poland for quite a while now and have finally booked both my surgeries for the 01-10-18.
I am having an upper blepharoplasty and also a labiaplasty in the same visit. I will be having the eyelid surgery the first day I arrive after a consultation and the following day I will be having the labiaplasty.
I am quite apprehensive but I have heard very good things about the clinic so that makes me feel a bit better I will be updating my progress and adding before and after photos for anyone that may be interested.
