El mejor cirujano plástico que existe! Me realize una Abdominoplastia en Junio 2025, No tengo palabras suficientes para describir lo increíble que es el Dr. Ignacio Almanzar. I didn’t even want to see any other Doctor for a second consultation after I met with Dr. Almanzar. He is super kind, very attentive (he even responded back to me on Sundays night when I had questions popping in my head lol) super professional and easy to communicate with. I had my surgery 2 months ago and I couldn't be happier with the results! I had my fillers done with him as well a month ago and I love them! He is the BEST!

I really liked his work, very professional and capable, he did an excellent job on me and guides you towards the best disunity. In truth, he is a very good doctor and does an excellent job.I perform breast reduction and lipo and I was super satisfied with the results it seems totally natural that is what I really liked the most, he takes care of every detail.

I had an over hour long consultation with Dr.Almanazar. He is very detailed and will make sure you understand every little aspect about what you are interested in getting done. Todo iba bien hasta que me quitaron las bendas y me di cuenta que el supuesto aumento de senos que me habia hecho fue un fraude, me dejò la misma talla de bracier que usaba antes , me pusieron un bracier que me quemò el costado(la faja) de tan ajustado que era y cuando le reclamè me dijo " que me puso esa talla de implantes para que pudiera hacer ejercicio y cargar mi maleta" en conclusión, me hizo lo que le diò la gana , no lo que habiamos acordado antes de la cirugia.
