Excision of buccal fat pad removes chubby cheeks gives a well defined cheek bones .It can be done under Local anesthesia with Intravenous sedation . Risks are  hematoma, infection , salivary duct injury ,&facial nerve damage . However if it is done by well trained surgeon these risks are  avoided.Post  op pain is minimal and swelling is moderate, patient can go back to work the day after the operation  . Final results  will be in 4- 6 wks .

Liposuction in jaw  line can be done but by an experinced surgeon , it is important to prevent any nerve injury .
But for cheeks I do not advice liposuction .
The best is to use phosphotidyl choline which is used to dissove fat . It can be injected in cheeks every 2 weeks till you have the desired cheek shape .

The size of an implant depends on your chest width or base of breast , and skin elasticity .
The wider your breast base > then 15 cm, with elastic skin you can accomodate  a large implant . It has to be high profile..
