Thermage is a definite treatment that helps improve and tighten the skin under the neck but does not give a surgical result.  However, if you have expectations of a very tight neck without loose skin then a traditional face/neck lift will give you the best results. Please consult a board certified plastic surgeon in your area.

I have a bit of surplus fat underneath my chin and loose skin and also the start of jowls as well. What do you think would be the best solution to tighten up the skin? I have heard that cellulase for the face is good as it can remove fat and tighten loose skin. I don't want to waste money on treatments that might not work though. Is there a doctor who does both non invasive treatments and surgery so they can compare both treatments? Would you recommend a neck lift/quick lift or something else?

Botox is mixed with a dilution. The bumps you are speaking of last about an hour until the fluid is aborbed.

I was happy with my experience but never had this reaction before. It had been several years since I did my last treatment. Help. I had 20 units of botox on my forehead done yesterday which was painless and gentle. No problem other than htese bumps.

Hi, I am thinking of doing laser hair removal on my chest and back. There are plenty of spas that perform laser hair removal. They have different kinds of machines including lightsheer duet, elos, diode, eleite mpx and others. Based on what I read, choosing a machine for effective results depend on the hair and skin type. I have a light brown skin with black thick hair. Which laser type would you recommend? Thanks!
