Doctor Krein stepped in when my reconstructive surgeon decided (during my 3 layer deep Mohs surgery) that he was lacking the required skills to complete my reconstruction following that surgery. Dr. Krein got me in for a consultation immediately that day and I immediately appreciated his obvious knowledge combined with excellent bedside manner. He has since completed significant reconstructive plastic surgery on my face with no complications thus far. He's an excellent doctor and I will always be thankful that a serious of unfortunate events led me to his care.

Dr. Krein , at my first consult , confirmed what I knew - I needed a full facelift. Additionally, I needed a brow lift, neck lipo, etc. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Krein. I knew I wanted him to be my surgeon five minutes into our conversation. He explained, fully, everything that would be done, how it would be done, what to expect after surgery. He has great confidence which he deserves to have. He's brilliant in his field. He's also a sweet, compassionate man who genuinely cares about his patients. And he has a charming sense of humor! He did a beautiful job!! My friends are amazed at the results. I'm so very delighted!! If you're going to fall in love with a doctor, it will probably be Dr. Krein. I love him so much. At least 3 of my good friends are making appointments with Dr. Krein to have various procedures performed. And Let me not neglect to mention Jean , who is an Enestician, very highly qualified. She knows all there is to know about skincare, what to use, how awhen to apply. She actually sat and wrote out a complete morning and a Evening routine for me. Very sweet and extremely willing to share her vast knowledge of skin care products. An integral part of the team! And don't let me forget the staff - all very caring, personable, and helpful!

After a lot of research and going back and forth over the course of 2 years, I was finally ready to do something about my sagging neck and jowls. First, let me say that I was set on seeing a physician that was double board certified and only did facial plastics. I didn't care if the doctor was good at boobs, this was my face! I choose Dr. Krein and am absolutely thrilled with my decision. I anticipated at least a two week "hide out in my bedroom" recovery period and did have a lot of bruising the second day after surgery, but by the 5th day, no one could tell except for me. I am still in shock at the change from the before picture. The number one thing you can do to ensure a positive outcome is choosing the right surgeon. Truly it makes all of the difference. My nose before was very huge and I had decided that I wanted to get a rhinoplasty done .......so I did and my doctor removed my cast last Thursday March 10 2016 .....when I looked at my nose it was swollen my doctor told me that the swollen take about a year and I can't wait until this is over with........ I still feel like I have a Big Nose ???????????????????? Had a neck/face lift, CO2 laser and fat transfer done by Dr. Krein 2/2024. You cannot even tell I had anything done. Total waste of time and a lot money. When I returned to f/u informing him of my dissatisfaction, he offered a TCA face peel. I consulted with another plastic surgeon who said the peel would do nothing for my wrinkles and he didn't even do peels considering all the advances in laser. Please see the attached "after" pictures.
