Doctor Krein stepped in when my reconstructive surgeon decided (during my 3 layer deep Mohs surgery) that he was lacking the required skills to complete my reconstruction following that surgery. Neck/face lift, CO2 laser and fat transfer - unable to tell anything was done.
Had a neck/face lift, CO2 laser and fat transfer done by Dr. Krein 2/2024. You cannot even tell I had anything done. Total waste of time and a lot money. When I returned to f/u informing him of my dissatisfaction, he offered a TCA face peel. I consulted with another plastic surgeon who said the peel would do nothing for my wrinkles and he didn't even do peels considering all the advances in laser.
