For deflated labia majora, your options are filling out the labia majora either by using dermal fillers or by injecting your own fat into them under a general anaesthetic. If you only want the skin on the labia majora tightened, it can be performed by heat tightening, which usually requires 4-6 sessions.

For labia minora that is hanging low, the option is do perform a labiaplasty and trim the labia so they don’t hang below.

If there is no redness or swelling in the area, the pain may be due to scar tissue formation. I advise seeing your surgeon for a thorough examination.

Swelling is not uncommon post surgery. Ice packs would help reduce the swelling. The blood bubble you are referring to looks like a blood clot in the pictures. I would advise consulting your Surgeon regarding that. Your Surgeon will be able to advise what was injected into your labia during surgery.

Looking at your pictures, the left labia majora is very swollen and erythemetous (red). It is either due to a haematoma or an infection. I would advise seeing your Surgeon for an examination and correct treatment.

The swelling can take up to 6 weeks to go down. Although the area looks healed in the pictures you have provided, I would give it a couple more weeks for the swelling to reduce further.
