For deflated labia majora,&nbsp;your options are filling out the labia majora either by using dermal fillers or by injecting your own fat into them under a general anaesthetic. If you only want the skin on the labia majora tightened, it can be performed by heat tightening, which usually requires 4-6 sessions.
For labia minora&nbsp;that is hanging low, the option is do perform a labiaplasty and trim the labia so they don’t hang below.

If there is no redness or swelling in the area, the pain may be due to scar tissue formation. I advise seeing your surgeon for a thorough examination.

I had a labiaplasty revision 6 weeks ago (July 18th). Everything has healed properly from what I can tell. I am having mild pain when I wipe on the left side. It does not hurt when it is not touched. The pain is coming from where the incision was made. Is this normal? Will the pain go away after time? I am afraid there will be permanent pain down there. My doctor just says give it time to heal. Please help!

Swelling is not uncommon post surgery. Ice packs would help reduce the swelling. The blood bubble you are referring to looks like a blood clot in the pictures. I would advise consulting your Surgeon regarding that. Your Surgeon will be able to advise what was injected into your labia during surgery.

I got a labiaplasty yesterday- and I will post my “journey” later but right now I have 3 questions- my doctor injected me with something that made my labia puffy during surgery, what was that? also is this amount of swelling normal? also WHAT is this blood blob? I bled a ton in the night and am worried

Looking at your pictures, the left labia majora&nbsp;is very swollen and erythemetous (red). It is either due to a haematoma or an infection. I would advise seeing your Surgeon for an examination and correct treatment.

I am 8 days post labia minora, majora and hoodectomy surgery. I was healing well and swelling/pain was subsiding. On the 5th day I was awoken with intense pain in my left majora. It has now swollen larger than it ever has. I am now on antibiotics. I can't walk for more than a few metres without having to sit, urinating is extremely painful to the point I'm avoiding going. I have adhered to aftercare procedure, no baths, showering with no soaps, salt water after urination and loads of rest.

The swelling can take up to 6 weeks to go down. Although the area looks healed in the pictures you have provided, I would give it a couple more weeks for the swelling to reduce further.

Women’s labia are all different shapes and sizes and they are all normal. If the way your labia looks&nbsp;concerns you, then surgery is an option for you. Looking at your pictures, I think you will achieve the results you want from Labiaplasty&nbsp;and clitoral hoodectomy.&nbsp;Discuss the surgery with your Surgeon and make an informed decision.

My labia has always seemed too big. After having two kids it just seems even bigger to me. Am I a good candidate for a labiaplasty? I just don’t like how much is visible from the front when I’m standing, or how much hangs down when you look at my vagina from behind. I would just like it to look more tucked in. And can anything be done about a large clitoris. I feel like mine is oddly long and looks weird. Thanks!

The lumps are just the filler collected in a single area. If they are hard, they may be small granulomas that may need to be dissolved. If the lumps are not visible, I recommend leaving them alone as they will eventually dissipate.&nbsp;

It has been well over a month... on one side I can feel bumps slightly where the injections were. On the other side they are a lot more prominent upon palpating. The md said it was fine and normal. I’m am not so confident and a bit worried for future complications. You cannot see the bumps and the results are fine, except for feeling them when I touch the injection area.

Juvederm complications: I got Juvederm in my nasolabial folds, on one side I can feel bumps slightly.

I think you would benefit from non-HA collagen producing treatments such as Ellanse and non-surgical thread lift. The new collagen will give your face more volume and will last a year and the threads will provide a lift.

I am in early sixties..have sagging jowls. Had Ultheraphy 2 years ago. Think it may have melted my cheek fat. from this picture not sure if it helped or not. Am I too far gone for for a thread lift ? Or maybe filler. I wanted to do filler but then heard about possible blindness from it ?

It is difficult to tell from your description what this could be. A picture would be helpful to ascertain what you are seeing. It can not be hair as this area does not have hair growth. I think it could be the stitches falling off in little bits. If you have any concerns, please consult your surgeon.

What I feel you need is more volume in your upper face, by injecting fillers in the cheeks and temple areas. The eyebrows can be lifted by fillers or Botulinum toxin treatment. Fillers in the tear trough area will help take away the look of ‘tired eyes’. All these should achieve a fresh look you will be happy with.
