Just perfect had cataracts on both eyes then severl months later had to have laser treatment on right eye .didnt take long, He is very nice and extremely professional, would recommend him highly. Doesn't say much but this is not a social call. If I had questions he would taken the time to explain the procedures.
I went last week for my surgery, and there was complications with the 'flap creation.' I understand that these things happen, but I also think there should be some compensation for my time and effort if I should proceed with the procedure in the future. I was told today that they don't do that but the site director would talk to her regional director. In my case, if I were to go back after the 6 weeks, i would need a hotel since I would not have a drive.(I live in PEI, and have to travel to Halifax, 3+ hours) And the extra time off work, since I still have to recover from this cut and the next one. So i feel there is no customer service to this point. They also went through my bags and removed the sunglasses that I was supposed to wear at night and outside, I was quite surprised by this.
