I went last week for my surgery, and there was complications with the 'flap creation.' I understand that these things happen, but I also think there should be some compensation for my time and effort if I should proceed with the procedure in the future. I was told today that they don't do that but the site director would talk to her regional director. In my case, if I were to go back after the 6 weeks, i would need a hotel since I would not have a drive.(I live in PEI, and have to travel to Halifax, 3+ hours) And the extra time off work, since I still have to recover from this cut and the next one.
So i feel there is no customer service to this point.
They also went through my bags and removed the sunglasses that I was supposed to wear at night and outside, I was quite surprised by this.
