Hey, I finally did it and could not be happier about how everything went! A little bit about myself.. I’ve always had a flat chest, just like my mom who got her noob dome about ten years ago. I felt uncomfortable and dreamt of just having some boobs at all. I work as a flight attendant and met my surgeon during one of my layovers in São Paulo. He’s friends with one of my colleagues and came to our hotel. What was supposed to just be a get together between some friends turned into a consultation in the Hotel Garden. Good thing we were the only ones in the hotel. I had made an appointment at one of the bigger and more known clinics but cancelled it after I met Dr.Solz in São Paulo. He works in São Paulo and Germany (Düsseldorf and Mannheim) and had my „real“ consultation in October in Mannheim and I had my surgery on November 20. Dr. Solz uses the axillary method. On November 20, I was the first one so I got there at 7.30 am and was out of surgery at around 8.30 am. Had another talk with the anesthetist and Dr.Solz. Afterwards a super nice nurse took me into the surgery room and explained everything again and made sure I feel comfortable.I got 295 cc Motiva implants. When I woke up a nurse was right there and took good care of me until I felt comfortable enough to get up. It took me around 3 hours to not feel dizzy when getting up. I was home at around 1 pm the same day and would say I felt a tension for the first week. I woke up 1-2 times a night to adjust my pillows but didn’t need to take any pain meds. The compression be isn’t the most comfortable but I got used to it pretty quickly.I started doing light workouts about 4 weeks after surgery after I got the go from Dr.Solz. Now 3 months after surgery my boobs feel super soft and you can’t really tell by touching my boobs that I have implants. I’m so so excited for summer and to finally wear a bikini and show off my new boobies
I have been wanting to do this, stumbled upon Dr. Solz with a friend, we did rejuvaderm lip fillers. The first time I did the lip fillers I was not satisfied, but was assured in a couple of days it would be better. It was hard to express this due to the language barrier. I scheduled my surgery for two days after the lip procedure, although I expressed I had to consult with my army doctor first. That did not seem to be a problem, I found this out when I tried to cancel the surgery due to my physicians recommendation. I found out I would still have to pay 30% of the procedure if I did not do it. None of this was told to me prior and I signed a contract in German, thinking I would be told all of this.I ended up feeling pressured into the procedure, my learning lesson. No after this surgery I have been given nothing for pain, and to my surprise no antibiotics. I am in pain and have lots of questions, but none of the staff can assist as they only speak German. I am affraid right now and just hope it works. I had to pay an additional 200 euro to have my lips done again. This was cheap in comparasion to the states, I am afraid I will have gotten what I paid for.
The scars for breast augmentation are nearly invisible, because they are placed in a skin fold. If the plastic surgeon is well trained in this operation, he can insert even big implants through a 4 cm scar. Our technique is very safe because it is blunt and therefore has less bleeding.
