Thanks for your question. They can be done together. But you have to know that the Risks of Complication and Sideeffects of Longtime// Longterm Procedures is very high. I never would do the 2 Procedures togeather.

Because I think If I want do a good Job in the Facelift , than I need a lot of time 4-5 hour to do an SMAS - High- SMAS- Facelift, Facelift with Neckwork to improve Jowls and Dobbelchin and more and in Case of Tummy Tuck again 4 Hours!!!
In Think the Risk of Thrombosis and Emboly increase, and you have 2 big Procedures at one time.
My Answer NO! if you want to be lifted by one surgeon,
if 2 Teams are working on your Body simultan than yes-

It is common to have swollen earlobes after facelift but not that Much what I see, it is very unsuall.
Fact is that the swelling usually corresponds to the swelling in the rest of the face and the Duaration of the Surgery (How many Hours?)  Itching could be a sign of healing but it could be
also an allergic reaction of some Ointment, Pills or other things I see your Earlobe are a littel RED!
Do you have pains!

It also could be a sign of developing infection. I would recommend you follow up with your surgeon , if he is out of town than his representative

is common to be swollen,to feel tightness and numbness after a facelift.
The tightness is realy a good sign . I Think your Surgeron achieve a good Tightenning in Neck region. The swelling, postop oedema
go down - up to 6 moths some time 1 yera.
Now, only 5 days after surgery to think if you need correction is very very soon.
Did you have Lipofilling?
I gave my Facelift- Patient Bromelain( Ananas Enzym)
In Europe we give prezeption Phlogenzym tabletts.
It is great und the swelling go down -
the  small asymmetry , I think, I comes due to Swelling-

In regards to numbness, it is likely temporary , the Nerves will continue to heal up to 1 year after surgery.
Please Take Time to heal
Perhaps you ask again your Surgeon.

I am very agree with the Statement of Dr.Thomas Sterry. you have a nice smile, Asymmetry is always normal. 
It makes Human individual and especial.
It is absolutely normal to have a little facial asymmetry.

regards from germany, I think you need realy some Treatment to Thighten your Skin because the skin is the problem, not the Chin. in the Picture I see you have Nasolabial Fold and labiomental fold at 21!!
Understand your problem.
Something that improve the quality and the Tightness of your skin.
Ulthera could help but only a littel bit not more. I think a modearte facelift could help you . I know at 21 is too young, I would have problem to do Facelift at 21!
but you have a problem, and there is realy a chance to treat and to help you ! I would think a bout it.
