Thrilled with my new flat stomach , the only regret is not doing it sooner. I've tried pretty much everything emsculpt, profhilo, ematrix and every lotion and potion I could get my hands on, but nothing could combat my pouch. Very thankful to amazing doctor Duran and his team for makeover. I had several procedures with him, and very pleased with the outcome. My number one concern was wound separation, necrosis, and dog ears. Im so glad my scar turned out great. It has been 7 weeks and getting better day by day.
I am very satisfied, my results exceeded my expectations, trustworthy, transparent and well educated doctor. Rhinoplasty went great no bruising and very natural looking, oh and I am so In love with my new boobs , clothes fit amazing ! I highly recommend Dr.Duran! I follow him on social media as well and he is always educating other doctors etc .
From scheduling my consultation to after-care, everything has been wonderful. I specifically like the accessibility of the entire time and their professionalism. My one recommendation is to offer patients after-care instructions and list of materials prior to the day of surgery. Highly recommend
Yes. It's normal. After your surgery every gets swollen. And when days pass by, this swelling goes away taking with it volume wich it's completely normal.
I have been myself in this difficult situation before as a surgeon,,,it doesn't depend always on surgical skills, but it's a combination of patient desiring big breast and having a not so helping anatomy, I mean a high inferior breast sulcus. So what your actually seein is the line where your old breast ended inferiorly which is very short and needs to be reelased. the solution will be easy... Just contact your plastic surgeon and I'm sure he will be happy to help you and resolving this line.
You should know that every surgery has drawbacks and risk, included not having the exact aesthetic result you desire. Haven said this, your aesthetic result is very soon to be judged, and you should wait 8 weeks more at minimum to discuss another surgery. Relax and talk to your plastic surgeon. I bet you will be better if you add a good nutrition plan and some excersise and avoid any further surgery.
There is a new generation of fillers with lidocaine mixed, so this problem is already solved. Ask your surgeon for this kind of fillers.
Having a judgment without having all the elements ( as a previous photo) it's a mistake. So it's difficult to answer your question. Also as a plastic surgeon I have seen a lot of rare and not so funny changes in normal anatomy just because edema (inflammation). Edema influentials the tissue specially in rhinoplasty for even 6 months. But if you think it is not normal, you should always go back to your surgeon and ask him, but the answer you may receive its...wait until edema decreases
