My hair procedure with Dr. Cook went extremely well. This was my second procedure, my first was with a different Doctor so had a reference for comparison. Dr. Cook is knowledgeable, confident, with great communications and very relatable through her own experiences. She is super competent and was faster yet just as precise, and most importantly to me, her entire support team likes her and rallies around her through the procedure. My post-op checkup was today and she took the time I needed for her review of her work and to talk with me and answer my questions (and being an engineer I always have a lot). The procedure was highly successful and everything went exactly as she predicted and told me it would. She knows what she is doing, puts the patient first, and is proud of her work, as she should be!
