I visited the clinic in January 2025 as I had been unsure about committing to under eye treatment as I'd heard that so much could go wrong with dermal fillers. I saw Dr Ria and he consulted me through the whole process and explained that the treatment wasn't a slam-dunk but that it would likely yield some visible improvement in the volume loss that I have which would then smooth the appearance of the under eyes. The treatment went really well- it was a bit uncomfortable- but he was really gentle throughout the procedure with constant reassurance. the result initially looked really good but I could see the small needle marks which he assured me would go away quickly- which they did. Dr Ria mentioned the treatment wouldn't do much for the pigmentation but it has really helped reduce the overall darkness simply by lifting the volume out which I genuinely wasn't expecting. Overall a great experience but I can also see how this treatment could go horribly wrong if not performed by a highly experienced medical injector
