I came to Prof. Dr. Hasan Demirhan with a complicated situation after a dental issue that led to a serious sinus infection. I was also hoping to have rhinoplasty at the same time, so initially I planned to do both procedures together. However, after carefully reviewing my MRI, Dr. Demirhan told me that combining FESS and rhinoplasty would not be safe in my case.
