Based on your photos it seems that you have an inverted V deformity. Your nasal bones were not adequately narrowed. You have a wide nasal pyramid and a bulbous tip and crookedness. A revision rhinoplasty procedure would improve the appearance of your nose and straighten it to some degree. Cartilage grafting may be necessary depending on the lack of nasal structures, the severity of the deformity. A face to face consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon will be the first step.

Based on your photos it d be possible to perform  a facelift, upper eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty and neck lift. But liposuction of the body, I don't suggest it. It can be done in another session. That d be safer and  truer.

Based on your photos you have a mature and depressed scar on your forehead. 

No scar can disappear completely. First you should know that. But it can be ameliorated. 

My opinion is: 1- Scar revision 2- Fat injection to improve the depressed area.

Your nose can be lengthen. With some rib cartilage. But I also need to see your side view of your nose.

Usually, threads dissolve  in 10 months. Its effect doesn't lasts  more than 1 year. Face lift can be performed safely by an experienced plastic surgeon.
