Great. I've been to Dr. Kutlu twice. Appointments are on time, which I really appreciate since I usually visit during my work day. He is very professional but friendly and warm at the same time. Never seems rushed. I feel he is very honest with his evaluations and expected outcomes. I've been very happy with my results and would recommend him to anyone looking to see a plastic surgeon. Office personnel are equally accommodating!
I have been going to Dr Kutlu for Botox injections for about 10 years and he is the only one I would every trust for this procedure. Dr Kutlu and his staff are all very friendly and it is always a positive experience.
It is not unusual to see an occasional firm nodular mass under an abdominoplasty incision. If it is not inflammed and not tender, it is most likely a small area of fat necrosis. This means that some of the underlying fat did not survive and has turned into scar tissue. While this may be somewhat annoying, it is not dangerous. Sometimes over an extended period, it may even lessen or fully resolve as your body breaks it down. If it persists for an extended period (> 6mos. or so) it could also potentially be excised in an office setting under local anesthesia.
