I flew from Australia to Turkey in early January 2025 to have revision rhinoplasty and a mid facelift with Dr. Hakan Avci and I’m beyond happy with the results!
This was my third nose job (the first two were with different doctors), but finally, I got exactly what I wanted a beautiful, feminine Barbie nose that still looks natural and suits my face perfectly. Not only do I love how it looks, but I can also breathe so much better now!
The healing process was smooth, no complications at all. And what really impressed me was how caring and attentive Dr. Hakan was even after I left Turkey, he kept checking in, asking for updates and photos, and guiding me through the healing.
He really listens, understands your vision, and delivers. I just wish I had found him earlier. I can’t thank him enough for giving me the result I’ve always dreamed of.

I recently traveled from the UK to have revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Hakan Avci.

The entire process, from start to finish, was very smooth, and I am happy with my results.

Truthfully, the only small area that could use some improvement was the communication before my trip to Turkey. I had to chase up details about what would happen upon landing, as they were provided a little late.

In terms of the surgery itself—I am very happy. I am still quite swollen, but the table photos of my front profile look identical to the reference pictures I provided!

I do feel that my side profile is slightly upturned, but the doctor informed me beforehand that achieving the results I wanted would require a slight lift. I’ve noticed that the tip has started to gradually drop, so it seems to be settling perfectly. I’m confident that the final results will be exactly what I asked for—trust the process!

Additionally, Dr. Hakan Avci suggested some small adjustments I hadn’t considered, and he also improved my breathing, which I hadn’t realized was an issue. The perks of choosing an ENT specialist!

Overall, I would definitely recommend Dr. Hakan to anyone—and I’ve already recommended him to a couple of friends who are looking to book with him.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Hakan. I asked for something more natural and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I am still one month post-op, but I am already loving my new nose; he perfected the shape, the symmetry, even my deviated septum, making my breathing a lot better than before. He really does care to listen and understand what the patient wants and he caters to that accordingly. Even as I was going into the surgery room, he reconfirmed with me the inspiration pictures I had shown him before, which just shows how invested he is in getting you your desired outcome. Not to mention, it made me feel relieved and in safe hands. The recovery process was also relatively easy, especially compared to what I had expected and seen on the internet; my bruising was very minimal and my facial swelling was completely gone in a week. Every doctor has a different strategy and instructions, but after my experience, I firmly believe that Dr. Hakan’s approach is the right one. Not even 3 weeks after, I had people constantly complimenting my nose, saying it suits my face naturally, and asking about my doctor. Overall, I’m very glad I chose him; everything was worth it.
