I had no bruises at all in my face and no pain, because he works so precise and carefully. Thanks for everythink, and also thanks to his Assistant - if you dont have anybody with you, she gives you a „Friends and being there feeling“ in a professional way.

I had my nose surgery with Dr. Avci and I am very happy with the whole experience. Dr. Avci was extremely professional, patient, and clearly very experienced ,I felt I was in safe hands from the beginning. His assistant Damla was also wonderful,she was so kind, helpful, and always looking after me during the process. The hospital staff were also very nice and caring, which made everything even easier. My case was not an easy one, but the entire process went much smoother than I expected. Now, three weeks after surgery, I’ve had no complications at all (just some swelling, which is normal )and I am very happy I decided to do it.

i had a primary rhinoplasty with dr hakan avci in may after seeing his work on social media! the entire process from booking to present day was super easy and informative. i travelled from the uk and stayed in istanbul for ten days. so far i’m really happy with the results. i didn’t bruise at all during recovery, and he improved my breathing which i didn’t even realise could be done! i have some slight swelling as i’m only three weeks post op, but i already love my new nose! the doctor gave me the aesthetics i wanted while still maintaining the integrity and function of my nose. the hospital staff are also really lovely and professional, and damla was helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. they have checked in to monitor healing frequently, and all aftercare procedures were explained in detail! they also speak very good english, so if you too are based abroad i would highly recommend. i cannot thank doctor hakan, damla and the team enough!

Barbie Nose + Mid Facelift with Dr. Hakan Avci Dream Come True! I flew from Australia to Turkey in early January 2025 to have revision rhinoplasty and a mid facelift with Dr. Hakan Avci and I’m beyond happy with the results! This was my third nose job (the first two were with different doctors), but finally, I got exactly what I wanted a beautiful, feminine Barbie nose that still looks natural and suits my face perfectly. I recently traveled from the UK to have revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Hakan Avci. The entire process, from start to finish, was very smooth, and I am happy with my results. Truthfully, the only small area that could use some improvement was the communication before my trip to Turkey. I had to chase up details about what would happen upon landing, as they were provided a little late. In terms of the surgery itself—I am very happy. I am still quite swollen, but the table photos of my front profile look identical to the reference pictures I provided! I do feel that my side profile is slightly upturned, but the doctor informed me beforehand that achieving the results I wanted would require a slight lift. I’ve noticed that the tip has started to gradually drop, so it seems to be settling perfectly. I’m confident that the final results will be exactly what I asked for—trust the process! Additionally, Dr. Hakan Avci suggested some small adjustments I hadn’t considered, and he also improved my breathing, which I hadn’t realized was an issue. The perks of choosing an ENT specialist! Overall, I would definitely recommend Dr. Hakan to anyone—and I’ve already recommended him to a couple of friends who are looking to book with him.
