I have been a patient of Dr. Henao for several years. Her office is beautiful with attention to every detail. You can't help but feel good when you're in the space. The support staff is so gracious and accommodating. They are quick to make adjustments if you have a schedule conflict and their system of reminders for upcoming appointments is super. The Dr. herself is a lovely person. I have been completely happy with every procedure. The Dr. is so informative when it's time to try something new. She is very meticulous about the services she provides. She researches every aspect when adding new equipment or procedures to the practice. In fact she usually studies for two years before determining if a new technology is a fit for her high standards. This is an important detail for me, because it has built my trust in Dr. Henao. Not one time have I been solicited for return visits. In fact, I have witnessed the Dr. turn down the opportunity to treat a patient "my friend" because, she simply didn't need it. I respect that tremendously and will be a customer for life.
Dr Henao is THE kindest, warmest amazing doctor I have ever seen. Dr Henao is honest and doesn't sell you in her services. I have seen wonderful results from many different services. Dr Henao's prices are fair and inline with her professional and elegant spa.
