Losing weight would not help, it might make it more pronounced.
It appears that you have lost some fat and are losing some collagen . To achieve optimal facial balancing, we suggest Filler and possibly Sculptra to fill in the deficits in the medial and lateral cheeks. Then, we could address what would further be needed in the nasal-labial folds.
The chin area would benefit from some filler to build structural strength to support the marionette lines.
Sculptra would also assist with building in front of the ear where some collagen has also been lost

Hydrafacial before Sculptra can be done the same day. The Hydrafacial will clean out the channels/ pores of all the congestion and then infuse those channels with HA (Hydration) . It is a great combination before Sculptra or almost any procedure. Your skin will glow and respond well to the treatment.
