Had my pre op meeting yesterday, decided to go 450/500 memory gel implant, currently I am a 38 C hopefully I will be a full D or small DD, my surgery date is Feb 2nd , wish it was already here and done, all I do is read other reviews and it has really helped to calm my nerves, I will be staying 2 nights in a hotel, so been packing my overnight bag and trying not to forget anything such as my wedge for my bed. Not sure about having to sleep on my back and at a 45 degree angle.

Well girls I made it through my first night after surgery, had some pain and experience some burning sensation on my left breast last night, since that is the one he had to really work on due to my unevenness , I had to make sure to eat some crackers before taking my pain pills, had plenty of liquids, feeling great today but still having to control my pain, my Doctors office called to follow up with me and reminded me not to over due it, the last thing I want is to experience spasms. So far I give my recovery a 7 out of 10, on the good side.

Hello girls, well it's been 2 days and my back has been really hurting me, pretty sure it's because of having to sleep at upright angle, been taking my pain pills on schedule, had burning sensation in my left nipple it did not last long, still drinking plenty of liquids and feel bloated. Still swollen more on my left breast.

Still having problems with my sleep pattern, if it wasn't for my back hurting, I would be doing just fine, some breast pain but nothing like my lower back, took my shower this morning and it worn me out, was worried about shampooing my hair, with raising my arms, so I just wet my hair and was careful washing my breast. I know each day will be a good day, always looking at the bright side of things. My left breast is still more swollen then my right, but I am not going to worry and fret about it, not with several more weeks of healing ahead of me.

Last night was the best night of sleep I have had, slept 5 hours and was awake for 1 hour and fell back to sleep for another 2.5 hours, my back is still hurting having to sleep on it and not on my side, woke up with these odd sensations in my left breast, from what I read from others it's normal to feel them, someone referred to them as zingers and that's exactly what they feel like, I feel like I need to hold onto my boobs when I walk around, feels like they will fall out of my chest, but that's normal as well, so glad that I read and chatted with other women going through the same things, my breasts still look rough from the surgery but they will get better as time goes on. Have not really been hungry, hope everyone else is doing great with their recoverys .

Having some soreness on my left breast, not having to take my pain pills except for every 6-7 hours, my back does not hurt me as much, guess I am getting use to it, still have swelling, I have been dong very minimal things around the house, no housework for right now, just empty the dishwasher and made a very simple meal, that took enough of my energy..

Happy Valentines Day ladies, it's been 12 days since my surgery and I am dong great, woke up with no pain, just some swelling on my left boob, since I had more breast tissue removed from my left boob, I expect it will take a bit longer for it. So happy I waited at my age to have my BA, better now then not at all, it brings back the vigor in life.

Everything is healing nicely, no more pain, not much discomfort, not able to sleep on my side yet, I think now I am getting used to back sleeping.
