It sounds like your surgeon has recommended you use a "bandeau" post breast augmentation. This is very important if your surgeon has recommended it as it helps to descend and settle the implants into their position in the pockets created by your surgeon. If you are not quite sure how to properly wear & fasten your bandeau, call your surgeons office and ask for a quick appointment so they can show you how to correctly take this on and off. Follow your surgeons instructions carefully.
What you are seeing in the early morning hours is the swelling that is accumulating in your face while you sleep with your head down in a resting position. The reason this diminishes throughout the day is natural gravity is relieving your face of this swelling as the hours pass. Drink plenty of water & fluids throughout the day to keep your skin hydrated and you may notice a difference. If you are still not 100% satisfied check with your surgeon to see if and when dermal fillers are an option for you. Good Luck!
