I'm suffering with acanthosis nigricans mainly in my neck area. I don’t have any underlying illnesses linked to this condition, but I’m losing weight on a low carb diet to help lower my insulin levels. Is there any cream/ remedy that could help reduce the darkness?

Getting a massage 1 week after Botox should be perfectly safe. &nbsp; In fact, even the next day would be safe! &nbsp;I tell my patients to avoid rubbing or massaging the treated areas for 4-6 hours after treatment. &nbsp;Hope this helps!

Hi, I have a regularly scheduled massage for my neck and shoulder pain at my physical therapists office once a month. I realized I am getting Botox the week before my next upcoming appointment. Half of the hour long massage requires lying face down with my forehead resting in the massage table headrest. Will this contact and pressure cause my Botox to migrate or hurt my results? If so what is the recommended wait time between Botox injections and massage. Thanks.

Is it safe to get a massage a week after Botox injections for forehead lines?

I prefer Belotero for tear trough injections. &nbsp;I find it to be the least likely to cause Tyndall effect and prolonged puffiness/swelling. As far as cheek enhancement&nbsp;goes, it depends on how much volume you are&nbsp;looking for. If you are looking for more&nbsp;significant volume I prefer Radiesse, but if not, either Voluma or Restylane lyft will do the trick.&nbsp;

Hi. I've noticed a real hollowness under my eyes as I've hit middle age. Based on these pics, can you tell if I would get the best results filling in my tear troughs and cheeks? Is Boletero (sp.) better than Restylane as far as a tindal effect? (Please forgive my spelling.) I don't want to look fake, just fresher. I look tired and I'm not. Thanks!
