You should be just fine, until your visit. The visit should be in 1-2 weeks.  Be sure the orthodontist or the technician knows it is in there and removes it at the appointment.  It will still function as long as it is in between the teeth. Dr. Greg Greenberg

What do i do if my blue elastic spacer popped but it's still in there it did not fall out. Is it still good ?

While it would be great to diagnosis you with some iPhone pictures, that is just not rational.  Make an appointment at your area Orthodontist (PLEASE go to an Orthodontist Specialist-it's what we do!).  They will perform a complete exam and advise you what options are available to you!  They type of braces you get will depend on the orthodontist you see.  Clear or metal braces will not make a differance, but the tyupe of bracket system used can make a difference. What kind of braces do I need? Does the white braces or fixed braces help? There is one clinic offering white braces for six months but I think my condition is quite severe, is it? How long would it take to straighten my teeth? Do I need any tooth removal? I have two upper teeth which are pushed (inward?) as they are overcrowded by other teeth so they are not quite visible. Would braces fix this?

Depending on the size of the restorations, the location of the restorations and the number of restorations done you may need new impressions or a a new digital scan to have some new aligners made.  It is possible to adust the exsisting aligners if jsut minor restorations were done. I had fillings done prior starting the invisalign treatment, 5 on the left side and 4 on the right side. After the first fillings were done my bite didn't seem right. I went back to have my bite adjusted. The next visit I had the right side done and he took the invisalign impressions. I had to go back again for another bite adjustment. My bite never felt the same. I got my invisalign trays and they feel as if I had a bump on the right side and I have a pain in my jaw that goes up to my ear.

Do Invisalign trays need to be adjusted if impressions were taken before a filling and bite adjustment?

I usually provide retainers within 7 days of finishing treatment. In 27 years I have almost no issues in handling treatment this way.  You will need new retainers after any restorative work is done, the fit of the retainers is very important for the teeth to stay in place!  1 Week is plenty of time to have new retainers made and delivered to you.

I completed Invisalign and am wearing my last aligner as a retainer until I have a gum lift, bonding, and teeth contouring completed. After I get the bonding, my Invisalign aligner will not fit and I have concerns about teeth shifting. Can an Essex retainer be made in 1 day? If it takes a few days for the retainer, is there a high chance of teeth shifting? Can retainer be made before actual restorations by using impressions with instructions about new teeth length from restoration dentist?

Will not having a retainer (2 weeks post Invisalign) for a couple of days, for teeth restoration work, create problems?

I have been using AcceleDent for the past year with outstanding results!  Some of the other companies that provide other options for accelerated treatment have decided to get into the game that AcceleDent owns.  They are a far inferior product with a different wavelength impulse.  Spend the money you will  not be sorry for going with the best and proven. I just saw this new thing called bitepod which is almost like Acceledent aura but WAY WAY cheaper. I don't know if many people or doctors have used bite pod. Which one should I go with ?

Should I get Acceledent or Bitepod?
