My first appointment with Dr Tresley was to discuss a facelift. listen to his recommendations and to see if we were a fit. I found him to be very clear in his explanation of the procedure and the recovery. What stood out was that there was absolutely no pressure to do the surgery. The day of, two nurses, separately, told me I was in the hands of one of the best surgeons, and that he does beautiful work. They were right. I am so happy with the results. It looks so natural yet the sagging along my jaw is gone and my neck looks like it did many years ago.

Dr. Tresley was recommended by a friend, who was extremely happy with her results. I was very pleased with my initial consultation with Dr. Tresley. He made me feel very comfortable and completely confident in my decision to proceed with the surgery. He is very professional with a wonderful bedside manner. I am so thrilled with my results! I only wish I would have done this years ago! If anyone is thinking about cosmetic surgery, Dr. Tresley is who you should consult!

I had a breast augmentation performed by Dr. Gilbert Tresley in May 2018. He is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I loved my end result.

Ive had small breasts my whole life and after I had a child they got saggier looking. I went for a consultation and found out I had constricted breast tissue and asymmetric breasts and augmentation might not be possible. Found a great surgeon who was able to score my constricted tissue and give me a great augmentation. My breasts were no longer asymmetric, without having a lift. I'm 5'7 and 155 lbs. Had 34B before. Had 453 silicone in left breast and 492 silicone in right. Both under the muscle and my incision is under my breast. Now have 36DD and look amazing!! I had procedure on Friday and returned to work on Tuesday. Was sore for first few days but never any pain. Implants were high and square looking for about 3 weeks then they started to fall into place and feel very soft and real looking.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Tresley for almost twenty years. I was first referred to him by my dermatologist, and over the years Dr. Tresley has performed more than a dozen Moh’s surgeries for a lentigo maligna and numerous basil cell carcinomas. I trust him. On several occasions I’ve asked Dr. Tresley to perform plastic surgery as well. I mean, if you have to have surgery, you might as well have something positive come out of it! I’ve had a tummy tuck, Liposuction, a lower lift, and eyelid surgery. I am very pleased with all my results. I currently live in Florida, but should I require surgery in the future, I will return to Illinois to be treated by Dr. Tresley.

Dr Treasley is not only an amazing surgeon, he sincerely listens to you, hears you! Nothing goes unnoticed with Dr Treasley and I could not be happier! I’ve had my neck , mid face , eyes even my ears of all things! Best of all in elevator going to Dr Treasley’s office I overhear two drs talking about this great plastic surgeon who did face lifts on their sisters both looked great yes it was Dr Treasley! Would and have referred Dr Treasley and I always get a big thank you!!

I could not have chosen a better surgeon; so easy to talk with regarding one's hopes and expectations for specific surgery! Very professional and personable! I especially appreciated the thorough explanation of the procedure and post-op recovery time! There were no surprises or complications with the procedure; I could not be happier!

I was so happy to meet Dr. Tresley! I have been so uncomfortable in my own skin for so long because of how heavy my breasts were. He fixed all that with a reduction and lift and I couldn't be happier! It's only been four weeks but I can already tell a difference and am feeling more confident every day. He answered all of my questions and eased my nerves with all of his knowledge. He made me feel so comfortable in my decision and I am so happy I did it! Dr. Tresley is amazing! He is a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want in a plastic surgeon; in addition to that, he is an artist. I recently had a full face lift and eyelid surgery. I love the results from both procedures and give my highest recommendations. There are no "tells" of the surgery. The results are natural.

Dr Tresley performed my rhinoplasty (aka nose job). I could not be happier with the results. I had always been self-conscious about my appearance. The doctor understood my objectives and made the result look so natural. I did a lot of diligence before selecting a surgeon: everyone I asked said Dr Tresley is one of a kind. I can only reinforce their opinion. The only drawback of the doctor is he is expensive-but well worth it!
