The best time to start implant procedure is in 6 months to a year after extraction, if you stay with the partial for a year its fine, however don't stay too long like 3-5 years due to your jaw bone will recede and will shrink in the width becoming thin and will complicate the future procedure. Good luck with your pregnancy George Sahakyan DDS
Hi, You are right, you have gaps between your upper teeth, however you have slight anterior crossbite on your right lower canine: it means lower tooth/right canine is overlapping upper tooth right canine. There is a chance you have posterior crossbite on the right but picture won't allow to see it. For that reason anterior crossbite, possible posterior crossbite ----you have to get the braces, invisalign won't be to efficient Usually any orthodontic office before your diagnosis we have to collect comprehensive orthodontic records: includes Xray, models of your jaws, several intraoral photos and based on that only the dentist will give you specifics like how long it will take and stuff like that.Hope that helped and good luck,George Sahakyan DDS
Hi there,Every time we do braces invisalign average treatment length takes at least take 1-1.5/2 years year, usually 2 years. The reason for that is we want to stabilize the teeth in new position so later on we have less chances for relapse. Relapse means teeth wants to get into their old position, we prevent that with retainer wear after completion of braces, also by slowing the process and fixing the teeth in a new position and keeping on rectrangular wires for some time, which making the roots also move into new position, strongly fixing them and forming extra bone around the roots. Again we might straightened your teeth in 6 months, but we want to keep the braces and fix teeth in new position at least for a year and more.Usually any orthodontic office before your diagnosis we have to collect comprehensive orthodontic records: includes Xray, models of your jaws, several intraoral photos and based on that only the dentist will give you specifics like how long and stuff like that.Hope that helped and good luck,George Sahakyan DDS
Hi,Any time teeth are endo treated (had root canal) and need extraction, they can be very hard to removed , due to they so dry and fragile they to break in the pieces during procedure of extraction, so your dentist might need to dig in deep in your gum/roots to remove all those pieces, that's what called surgical extraction might need sutures and stuff like that.Your question is that normal to have a pain, that depends, you mentioned your had an several abscesses in the past, in the case tooth has infection and abscess , no matter how much they numb you, you still can feel pain on your tooth even your tongue, lips and the rest of your mouth is being numb, i think whatever your dentist recommends its best for you!, IV with OS or dentist with good surgical skills + IV,Good LuckGeorge Sahakyan DDS
